Jedes 2 Jahr erhalte ich eine neue Brille und wenn zwischendurch was ist deckt das die Versicherung ab (zerkratzte Gläser, gebrochener Bügel). Abgesehen davon ist das Optikerteam immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich danke der großen Dame heute, die sehr bemüht um mich war obwohl sehr viel los war. I have had the all-round carefree package for 5 years now and I am more than satisfied with it. I get new glasses every 2 years and if there is anything in between, it covers the insurance (scratched glasses, broken temple). Apart from that, the optician team is always very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the great lady today who was very helpful to me even though there was a lot going on.
