Modern branch ... Wie wäre es mit öfterenEntleeren, nachdem der Bedarf so groß ist!? This year I was in this branch 3 times for free, the coin counter was always full at lunchtime and could no longer be used. How about emptying more often after the need is so great !?

Jetzt, Anfang September, ist der Münzzähler schon wieder (oder noch immer) nicht in Betrieb. Edit: Irgendwann im Oktober hatte ich dann doch Glück und das Kasterl läuft wieder ;) I went to this store for the first time in June to use the coin counter. It was out of order. Another attempt in July, same scenario. Now, at the beginning of September, the coin counter is already (or still) not in operation. Edit: Sometime in October I was lucky and the Kasterl is running again;)

I wanted to open bank account with them,visited tgeir branch in Mariahilfa and they reserved an appointment for me, I came on date "5 minutes late". I apologized for this 5 minutes late because I lost the way through GPS, They said the responsible person for opening the accounts has left today early for some business of his own. Never being deceived with the appearance again.
