★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war im Erholungsheim Optima Med zum zweiten Mal. (21.12.2021-11.01.2022) Meine Lunge, so wie Herz-Kreislauf hat sich deutlich verbessert. Die Behandlungen und Therapien sind wie Maßgeschneidert für die Krankheit. Natürlich muss man ehrlich mitarbeiten. Habe auch Rauchstopp geschafft.! Gute Verpflegung, schõne Zimmer und schöne Gegend.

I was in Optima Med convalescent home for the second time. (12/21/2021-01/11/2022) My lungs and cardiovascular system have improved significantly. The treatments and therapies are tailor-made for the disease. Of course you have to work honestly. I also managed to stop smoking.! Good food, nice rooms and nice area.
