Nach ein Paar Jahren kommt dann eine Meldung das der Rest-Tintenbehälter voll ist, und der Herstelle teilt dir mit, das du ein neues Gerät kaufen sollst, da es keine Ersatzteile mehr für das "alte" Gerät mehr gibt. Warum werden die Hersteller von Elektronik Geräten nicht an den Kosten zum Beseitigen des Riesigen E-Schrottberge beteiligt und zur Kasse gebeten. Nur weil sich ein wenig Watte mit Tinte vollgesaugt hat, soll man das Gerät entsorgen? Gott sei Dank gibt es für versierte Bastler Wege dieses zu umgehen. Leider nur für versierte, aber vielleicht mache ich hieraus ein Startup-Unternehmen, und repariere Professionell derartige Drucker. Ist doch eine Marktlücke. Wenn jedoch Epson glaubt, das ich jetzt einen neuen "Epson" Drucker Kaufe, dann hat sich Epson getäuscht. Ich werde derartige Machenschaften nicht auch noch mit Markentreue belohnen. Good by Epson! After a couple of years, there will come a message that the rest of the ink tank is full, and the manufacturer will tell you to buy a new one, as there are no longer any spare parts for the "old" device. Why are manufacturers of electronic devices not at the expense involved in eliminating the Giant E-Schrottberge and asked to pay. Just because a little cotton has soaked in ink, should you dispose of the device? Thankfully, there are ways for savvy hobbyists to get around this. Unfortunately only for savvy, but maybe I'll make this a startup company, and professionally repair such printers. It's a gap in the market. However, if Epson thinks I'm buying a new "Epson" printer now, then Epson is wrong. I will not reward such machinations with brand loyalty. Good by Epson!

Google Pagespeed vergibt 5 von 100 Punkten. Ich war in den letzten 18 Monaten sehr häufig auf Epson-Websites auf Besuch und es ist immer so wahnsinnig langsam, hier muss System dahinter stecken. Epson kann dieses Retrofeeling eigentlich nur noch mit dem Design und der Useability Ihrer Software toppen (Garment Creator, ADP5 Utility...), das fühlt sich eher so an, wie aus einer Zeit, als es noch gar keine Modems gab! Visiting a Epson website (all countries) feels in 2020 still in such a way as if a 14,4K modem becoming all the rage. Google Page Speed allocates 5 100 points. I was in the last 18 months very common on Epson websites on a visit and it's always so incredibly slow, stuck here must system behind it. Epson can this retro feeling really only with the design and useability of your software beat (Garment Creator, ADP5 Utility ...), that feels more like how from a time when there were no modems!
