Obwohl sich in meiner Kaffeemaschine ein Fremdkörper im Mahlwerk befand, wurde es problemlos über Garantie repariert. Vielen Dank! Very good service and totally uncomplicated. Very good deals. Habe zwei meiner Einkäufe dort getätigt und war beide male sehr enttäuscht! Nach dem ich eine Reparatur beantragt habe, wurde ich immer mit "der Techniker kommt morgen" vertröstet...im Endeffekt ist "morgen" nie gekommen und ich musste einen Seriösen suchen. Traurig, dass es sowas überhaupt gibt. It's never worse !!! I have never seen such unfriendly staff. Their quality also depends on their competence ... not available !! Did two of my purchases there and was very disappointed both times! After I applied for a repair, I was always put off with "the technician is coming tomorrow" ... in the end, "tomorrow" never came and I had to look for a serious person. Sad that there is such a thing.

Ich persönlich bin ein Kunde der FA.Kokol Elektro und hatte bis heute noch nie etwas zu beanstanden, im Gegenteil immer sehr freundlich, kompetente Beratung gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis Machen Sie weiter so. I don't understand some of the comments on here. Personally, I am a customer of FA.Kokol Elektro and have never had anything to complain about, on the contrary, always very friendly, competent advice, good price-performance ratio Go on like that.
