Hatte ein Problem mit meinem Sicherungskasten gehabt, habe bei ET Skringer Angerufen und am Telefon wurde mir gesagt das erst am Nachmittag des Tages ein Techniker frei wäre. Aber zum Glück rief mich ET Skringer zurück nach einer Stunde und hatte einen Techniker der mein Problem gelöst hat. Super KUNDENSERVICE , heutzutage wird man fast nie zurück gerufen aber bei dieser Firma schon! Techniker war dann da hab mein Problem beschrieben und was soll ich sagen nach ca. einer Stunde wurde alles Behoben! Super Firma, Super Techniker, Super Telefonservice! Weiterempfehlung zu 100% !!! I am super excited about this electrical company! Had a problem with my fuse box, called ET Skringer and on the phone was told a technician would not be available until mid-afternoon that day. But luckily ET Skringer called me back after an hour and had a technician fix my problem. Super CUSTOMER SERVICE, nowadays you almost never get a call back, but you do with this company! Technician was there and described my problem and what can I say after about an hour everything was fixed! Great company, great technician, great telephone service! 100% recommendation!!!
