Niemals die Schuld der Firma selbst. Sehr schlechter Service! Anrufe werden ignoriert und nicht wahrgenommen. Nicht zu empfehlen Behavior towards customers is below all dignity. It is discussed immediately with the customer and the debt immediately assigned to the customer! Never the fault of the company itself. Very bad service! Calls are ignored and not noticed. Not recommendable

Sehr gute Beratung, super Service. My family and I have been Schutte customers for years. Almost all electrical appliances in the house are from Schutte, and we are very satisfied with everything. Erst vor kurzem eine neue Gefriertruhe gekauft da unsere alte (30 Jahre) kaputt gegangen ist. Hab in der zwischenzeit ein Leihgerät bekommen so konnte ich die zeit dazwischen problemlos überbrücken, und das in dieser Zeit von Corona wo alles zu hat, und nur der Onlinehandel geht und bei solcher bestellung länger warten musst bzw. kein Leihgerät zur verfügung steht. Danke und bitte weiter so!!! Unterstützen wir die Regionalen Unternehmen jetzt erst recht!!! PS: Die vorigen negativen Berichte kann ich nicht nachvollziehen! We have been a customer of this company for a good 15 years, and have always been completely satisfied, whether technicians or electrical appliances, everything was always right. Only recently bought a new freezer because our old one (30 years) broke. In the meantime, I got a loan device so I was able to bridge the time in between without any problems, and this time from Corona, where everything has to do, and only the online trade works and you have to wait longer with such an order or no loan device is available. Thank you and keep it up !!! Let us now support the regional companies even more !!! PS: I can not understand the previous negative reports!
