T	Torsten Widmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leute passt auf. Prüft Eure Forderungen genau von der EOS. Die EOS versucht in betrügerischer Weise Inkassokosten und Zinsen einzutreiben, welche bereits verjährt sind. Widersprecht Forderungen über 10 Jahren komplett und legt Einrede der Verjährung ein. Übrigens ist die EOS Verwertungsgesellschaft ist die gleiche Firma wie EOS Inkasso aus Wien. Somit hst EOS keinen Anspruch auf Inkassokosten. Geht gegen diese Firma vor mit Anzeigen aufgrund Wucher vor, wenn die Inkassokosten größer oder gleich der Hauptforderung ist. Nicht einschüchtern lassen. Die EOS kann nichts, außer sich in Briefen aufzublasen. Die geforderten Beträge kann die EOS nicht einfordern und sie klagen auch nicht diese Beträge ein. Alle Schreiben AUFHEBEN und sollte ein Uahlungsbefehl kommen, widersprechen und dem Richter ALLE Schreiben vorlegen. Und Leute. Telefoniert nie mit der EOS. Nach dem Telefonat weiss sie nichts mehr. Wenn Betrugs Agents klingeln, nichts unterschreiben und die Betrüger dem Haus verweisen. Gehen sie nicht, Polizei anrufen und wegen Nötigung Anzeige erstatten. Nur so können allen dazu beitragen, das eine Betrugsfirma vom Österreichischen Markt verschwindet. Übrigens.EOS gehört zum Otto Kozern ;) People watch out. Check your claims carefully from the EOS. EOS is fraudulently trying to collect collection costs and interest that are already time-barred. Completely opposes claims over 10 years and objects to the limitation period. S	Sy Pri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine genaue Aufstellung, was man bezahlt hat bzw. wieviel genau noch offen ist, rüder und respektloser Ton auch in E-Mails, beharren auf ihrem "Recht", nehmen einem das Weiße aus den Augen und geben vorher keine Ruhe. Selbst den einen Stern bekommen sie nur, weil man OHNE Stern halt leider keine Bewertung abgeben kann. No exact list of what you have paid or how much is still open, rude and disrespectful tone also in e-mails, insist on your "right", take the whites out of your eyes and give you no peace beforehand. They even only get one star because you can't give a rating WITHOUT a star.
B	Butterfly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe dort angerufen und darum gebeten das die Ex Freundin meines Sohnes nie bei uns gemeldet war und trotzdem kommen Inkasso Briefe für sie , die Dame am Telefon war sehr unfreundlich , schnippisch und versteht anscheinend kein Deutsch was ist an dem Namen Anna so schwer ich musste es ihr buchstabieren man Könnte wenigstens etwas Freundlichkeit an den Tag legen dafür ich da angerufen habe und gesagt habe das sie verzogen ist wurde ich noch blöd angeschnaunzt I called there and asked that the ex girlfriend of my son was never registered with us and still there are debt collection letters for her, the lady on the phone was very rude, snippy and apparently doesn't understand German what is so difficult about the name Anna I had to You could spell it out for her Could at least show a bit of friendliness for that I called and said that she is warped, I was snapped at stupidly

Rechtsanwalt und Gerichtsverfahren gedroht wird und das noch für eine unrechtmäßige Forderung die beglichen war aber aufgrund einer fehlende Angabe von mir nicht zugeordnet werden konnte. Mitarbeiter am Telefon forsch und unfreundlich. Grad das nicht noch schwarz Vermummte mit Baseballschläger vor der Tür stehen, das würde ich denen auch noch zutrauen. Ganz so als wäre man ein potentieller Schwerverbrecher.... unmöglich!! Aggressive 1. Write where directly with home visits (is that still permissible?)
