★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is really spacious and divided upstairs and downstairs, so you can easily find a window seat and enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee and very delicious deserts!
The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, staff is friendly and helpful :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse experience ever in Vienna! Bad service, ok food, bad weiters. The food came literally 1 hour later, one of us didn't get the right food and at the end, the waiter counted wrong our bill, pretending with arrogance much other money. The manager said '"it's not my fault", but actually it was ours, choosing this bad restaurant. Never ever anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice calm atmosphere, very good food (my salmon was perfect!), prices are also good considering the location, the stuff was very attentive and kind! Chocolate lava cake is a dream!! Did not eat such a good one for a long time. Definitely will visit again if I come by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere with authentic Italian coffee, repetitive Italian pop music and brash but friendly Italian waiters. Come here for a quick snack, a good Longdrink or a tasty coffee.
The two-story layout allows for a good amount of tables while still keeping it quiet enough to chat, and the drinks and food come fast. The chicken club sandwich was nice but nothing to write home about, while the burger checked most boxes for greasy, delicious bar food.
Definitely put in a reservation - it tends to get crowded fast, probably because of its prime location.
