★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Räumlichkeiten, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alleine das lässt einen schon entspannen. Im Gruppentraining wird auf jede Person eingegangen, keine wird vernachlässigt. Dank dem Training und Fr. Manhart kann ich die Übungen bestens im Alltag anwenden und so deutlich gelassener durchs Leben schreiten :). Klare Empfehlung von mir!
 Very nice premises, you immediately feel at home. That alone makes you relax. In group training, each person is addressed, no one is neglected. Thanks to the training and Ms. Manhart, I can use the exercises very well in everyday life and walk through life much more relaxed :). Clear recommendation from me!
