Die Züge Richtung St. Valentin halten am Hausbahnsteig. Richtung Linz muss man durch eine etwas düstere Unterführung, um den Mittelbahnsteig zu erreichen. Die steilen Treppen der Unterführung sind, zumindest für einen Senior oder eine Frau mit z.Bsp. E-Bike mit 25 kg fast nicht zu schaffen. Wenn dann noch lediglich 2 Minuten Zeit zum Umsteigen sind: Ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Rollstuhl und schweres Gepäck detto. If you come from Grein and head towards St.Valentin u. Sie können den Bahnsteig sowohl in Fahrrichtung Wien als auch in Fahrtrichtung Salzburg erreichen, ohne sich dabei ein Bein auszureißen. Sogar Rollstuhlfahrer können, zumindest Richtung Wien, den Bahnsteig problemlos erreichen. Gleis 2 und 3 Richtung Salzburg ist über eine Unterführung und einer Stiege mit ungefähr 30 Stufen erreichbar. Behinderten-WC gibt es keines. Aber dafür gibt es einen Kaffeeautomaten. Es gibt Parkplätze für 150 Pkw und 200 Fahrradstellplätze, 4 Behinderten-Parkplätze und 2 E-Ladestationen. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar.
