★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Absolut unseriös! Finger weg! Schicken mir einen Kostenvoranschlag mit einem "Pauschalpreis" von 780€. Einen Tag vor dem Umzug rufe ich nochmal an, um zu fragen, ob alles klappt. Da erfahre ich, dass zusätzlich zur "Pauschale" noch 540€ Fahrtkosten anfallen. Das hätte 1320€ ergeben. Als ich dann den Chef anrief, um zu fragen, was der Sinn der "Pauschale" war, nannte dieser mir dann einen "Sonderpreis" von 1450€.
 Even one star is still too much. Absolutely dubious! Hands off! Send me a cost estimate with a "flat rate" of € 780. The day before the move, I call again to ask if everything is going well. Then I find out that in addition to the "flat rate" there are still € 540 travel costs. That would have been € 1320. When I called the boss to ask what the point of the "flat rate" was, he told me a "special price" of 1450 €.
