★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller Familienausflug in traumhafter Natur. Haben am Schwimmbad in Hittisau geparkt und von dort den Ausflug entlang dem Wasserwanderweg gestartet. Es gibt auf dem Wanderweg sogar eine Bademöglichkeit in einem Baggerloch mit kristallklarem Wasser (nur für Schwimmer). Eine Einkehrmöglichkeit haben wir vermisst.
 Great family outing in beautiful nature. We parked at the swimming pool in Hittisau and started the excursion along the water hiking trail from there. There is even a swimming opportunity on the hiking trail in a dredging hole with crystal clear water (only for swimmers). We missed a place to stop for refreshments.

Very nice walking route along gears and waterfalls. After a heavy rain shower you see the water rising and accelerating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engenlochschlucht - empfehlenswert. Unbedingt im Ort parken und dort Wanderung starten, außerhalb keine Parkplätze. Der Wasserwanderweg ist beeindruckend für alle Sinne. Tolles Erlebnis ?
Engenlochschlucht - highly recommended. Absolutely park in the village and start hiking there, outside no parking. The water trail is impressive for all the senses. Great experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöner Wanderwege, manche Momente sehr Romantisch und beeindruckend zugleich,.. Einfach ein Muss da entlang gelaufen zu sein, ordentliche Wanderschuhe sind sehr zu empfehlen. Für Kinder gibt es unterwegs auch kleine wasserspiel Bereiche wo sie etwas beschäftigubg haben(waren bei uns leider noch nicht in Betrieb und aufgebaut!) auch für Hunde (an der Leine) ist es gut entlang zu laufen!
Für Kinder ab 5J, da es unmöglich ist den ganzen weg mit Kinderwagen dort entlang zu fahren, zu eng und zu steil!
Very beautiful hiking trails, some moments very romantic and impressive at the same time. Simply a must to have walked along there, proper hiking shoes are highly recommended. For children, there are also small water play areas along the way where they can have something to do (unfortunately they were not yet in operation and set up with us!) It is also good for dogs (on a leash) to walk along!
For children from 5 years, as it is impossible to drive all the way there with a stroller, too narrow and too steep!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich sehr schön für einen kleinen Spaziergang mit festen Schuhen. Mir hat die Runde wirklich Spaß gemacht, vor allem in Verbindung mit dem Wasserweg. Da werden die Großen wieder zu Spielkindern ?
Really very nice for a little walk with sturdy shoes. I really enjoyed the circuit, especially in connection with the waterway. The grown-ups become playful children again ?
