Lediglich Frau Brandel? welche die Bestellungen telefonisch aufnimmt ist unhöflich und unprofessionell . Deswegen überlege ich den Wechsel meines Lieferanten vorzunehmen. Wirklich schade ,dass eine einzelne Person dem guten Ruf der Firma schadet. I have been an Energiedirekt customer for many years and have been very satisfied so far. The delivery was always quick and reliable! Just Mrs. Brandel? who takes the orders over the phone is rude and unprofessional. That's why I'm considering changing my supplier. It's really a shame that a single person can damage the company's good reputation.
