Dazu musste die bestehende Gasleitung verzogen, die Wasseranschlüsse versetzt, neue Gasleitungen verlegt und das Gasherd-Backofen-Set ausgetauscht werden. Die Arbeiten wurden termingerecht und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Besonderen Dank gilt der Firma Enders für die Behebung der durch den Küchenlieferanten entstandenen Fehler. Diese Arbeiten waren nicht Teil des Auftrags und sie waren extrem zeitintensiv. Dank dieses außergewöhnlichem Engagements konnten wir die Küchengeräte planmäßig in Betrieb nehmen. Bei Firma Enders hat man noch das Gefühl, dass der Kunde König ist. We commissioned Enders to renovate the kitchen. To do this, the existing gas line had to be moved, the water connections relocated, new gas lines laid and the gas stove-oven set replaced. The work was done on time and to our complete satisfaction. Special thanks go to Enders for fixing the errors caused by the kitchen supplier. This work was not part of the job and it was extremely time consuming. Thanks to this exceptional commitment, we were able to put the kitchen appliances into operation on schedule. At Enders you still have the feeling that the customer is king.
J	Jeremy J. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab diese Firma beauftragt eine Thermenwartung durchzuführen. Anfangs war ich sehr zufrieden, da der Mitarbeiter sehr kompetent wirkte. Kurz nach der Wartung ist der Rauchfangkehrer gekommen um eine Messung durchzuführen. Dieser teilte mir mit, dass bei der Abluft ein Stöpsel fehlt und diese Luft in den Wohnraum gehe. Darauf hin habe ich die Firma Enders diesbezüglich kontaktiert. Ich hab die Artikelnummer vom Hersteller besorgt und an die Firma Enders weitergeleitet. Leider muss man den Stöpsel über einen Installateur bestellen. Die Firma Enders hat diesen bestellt und wollten mir diesen danach verrechnen. Da ich diese Firma Enders beauftragt habe, eine ordentliche Wartung durchzuführen die auch 170€ kostete, ging ich davon aus,das passt alles. Als ich in den Shop kam, sagte mir die Bürokraft, dass der Chef nicht einsehe, warum er den Stöpsel bezahlen soll. Ich habe 170€ für eine Wartung bezahlt, die laut Rauchfangkehrer nicht ordnungsgemäß war und mich auch nicht darauf hingewiesen haben, einen Fehler zu sehen. Letztendlich hat mir die Firma Enders gesagt, dass ich die Firma doch klagen soll! Ich kann nur sagen, der Schein trübt! I have commissioned this company to carry out thermal maintenance. I got the item number from the manufacturer and forwarded it to the Enders company. Unfortunately you have to order the plug from an installer. The Enders company ordered this and wanted to bill me for it afterwards. Since I have commissioned Enders to carry out proper maintenance that also cost € 170, I assumed that everything would fit. When I got into the shop, the office worker told me that the boss doesn't see why he should pay for the stopper. I paid € 170 for maintenance that the chimney sweeper said was improper and did not warn me to see a mistake. Ultimately, Enders told me to sue the company! I can only say that the appearance dims!

Alles wirkte anfangs sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit und kompetent. Bei der Nachprüfung durch den Rauchfangkehrer stellte sich heraus, dass die Be- und Entlüftung falsch und lebensbedrohlich dimensioniert und auch montiert war. Danach mußten wir weitere Termine zur Verfügung stehen bis sie letztendlich nach den Vorgaben der Normen fertiggestellt wurde. Jetzt haben wir zwar eine moderne Therme, aber hatten eine kühle Wohnung den ganzen Winter. Nach einer Reklamation - 4 Monate später - wurde Wasserdruck nachgefüllt. Dafür wurde auch unverschämterweise fast € 60 verrechnet. Am Telefon meinte der Chef; " sie haben ja nichts für die Therme und die Montage bezahlt, und da regen sie sich über so eine kleine Rechnung auf?" Das sind die Praktiken. Hätte ich doch die Bewertungen vorher gelesen und mich erkundigt, dann hätte ich lieber einen Teil selbst bezahlt und meinen Installateur an die Sache ran gelassen.. Now we have a modern thermal bath, but we had a cool apartment all winter. After a complaint - 4 months later - water pressure was refilled. For this, almost € 60 was outrageously charged. The boss said on the phone; "You haven't paid anything for the thermal baths and the installation, and you are upset about such a small bill?" These are the practices. If I had read the reviews beforehand and made inquiries, then I would have preferred to pay a part myself and let my installer deal with it.
