Herzliche Mitarbeiter und eine wundervolle Atmosphäre! Ayca is one of the most loving people I know, besides being the best hairdresser to go to. Warm staff and a wonderful atmosphere!

L	Laureen Miklau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe das komplette Gegenteil von dem was ich wollt trotz Absprache. Sie meinten die Farbe kann leicht anderst werden. Ok- bin jetzt zwar blond (was ich nicht sein wollte!) aber habe mein gewünschter Haarschnitt überhaupt nicht bekommen, mit der Begründung wenn wir das jetzt kurz schneiden war das färben umsonst!? Dann muss man sich im Vorfeld über seine Handlungen Gedanken machen und nicht im Nachhinein drauf kommen das man es evtl anderst machen hätte müssen. Ich mein sorry ich bin mit dem Wunsch zu euch gekommen! Man hat teure Produkte verrechnet welche nichteinmal mit Absprache verwendet worden waren bzw. Über den Preis informiert. (was übringends nicht rechtlich ist).Schlussendlich eine Rechnung von 316€ erstellt ohne meine Wünsche gerecht zu werden. Was soll man dazu sagen? Have the complete opposite of what I want despite consultation. They thought the color could easily change. Ok- I'm now blonde (which I didn't want to be!) But didn't get my desired haircut at all, on the grounds that if we cut it short it was free for coloring !? Then you have to think about your actions in advance and not think afterwards that you might have had to do it differently. I mean sorry I came to you with a wish! Expensive products were charged which had not even been used in consultation or informed about the price. (Which is not legal by the way). Finally, an invoice of € 316 was created without meeting my wishes. What can you say?

Spitzen Schneiden und Strähnchen Färben ca. 90€ ok das würde gehen, an der Kassa dann der Schock 350€ diverse überteuerte Produkte ohne genaue Absprache. Von der Frisur auch nicht ganz so wie besprochen. Overpriced !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First ask about the price. B	Barbara Mayerhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steile Preise für Haaransatz färben und nachschneiden. Gewisse Haarstellen sind weiß geblieben. Die Chefin ist nett, aber man muss hart argumentieren, um das zu bekommen was man möchte. Hat bei mir nicht ganz so gut geklappt. Zusätzliche Produkte werden schnell an einen herangetragen, ohne über die doch beträchtlichen Preise zu informieren. Am Ende bekommt man eine Rechnung, wo man plötzlich das Gefühl hat sich in einem High End Salon in New York zu befinden. Color and cut steep prices for hairline. Certain areas of hair have remained white. The boss is nice, but you have to argue hard to get what you want. Didn't work out so well for me. Additional products are quickly brought to you without informing you about the considerable prices. In the end you get a bill where you suddenly feel like you are in a high end salon in New York.
