★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Statue des jungen Kaisers Franz Josef des zweiten in Villach. Die überlebensgroße Figur blickt auf den gleichnamigen Platz vor dem Denkmal und steht auf einem ca. 2 Meter hohen Steinsockel. An der Vorderseite des Sockels ist der Name des Regenten eingraviert, darüber befindet ein Lorbeerkranz mit Krone um das eingravierte Namenskürzel "J II". An der Rückseite ist die Würdigung "Dem Schätzer der Menschheit" und die Jahresinschrift "1888" in dem Sockel eingraviert. Seitlich befinden sich keine Inschriften. Eines der wenigen Denkmäler in der Stadt Villach.
 Statue of the young emperor Franz Josef II in Villach. The larger-than-life figure looks out onto the square of the same name in front of the memorial and stands on an approx. 2 meter high stone plinth. The name of the regent is engraved on the front of the base, above it is a laurel wreath with a crown around the engraved name "J II". On the back, the appreciation "The Estimator of Mankind" and the annual inscription "1888" are engraved in the base. There are no inscriptions on the side. One of the few monuments in the city of Villach.
