Ich war als kompletter Nähanfänger dort und konnte zuhause gleich mit dem Nähen loslegen. -> Absolute Empfehlung und 5 Sterne!! Extremely friendly and competent advice as well as detailed and patient training in the new sewing machine. I was there as a complete sewing beginner and could start sewing right away at home. -> Absolute recommendation and 5 stars !!

Bei jedem Kauf einer Nähmaschine ist eine individuelle persönliche Einschulung inkludiert, wo gibt es das heutzutage noch? Habe nun die 2e Maschine bei Monika Zuser gekauft und würde immer wieder hingehen und freue mich ein kleines heimisches Unternehmen damit unterstützt zu haben!!! Ich wünsche mir, dass viel mehr umdenken und mehr lokal einkaufen und weg von Amazon & Co. We recommend!!!! Open and honest advice, very patient until you have found the right machine for you. Every time you buy a sewing machine, personal training is included. Where else can you get it nowadays? I have now bought the 2nd machine from Monika Zuser and would go back again and again and I am happy to have supported a small local company with it! I would like to see a lot more rethinking and more local shopping and away from Amazon & Co.

Nicht nur die Handhabung mit der Maschine, auch die Pflege wurden durchgenommen und auch Tipps und Tricks wurden verraten ;) Ich komme gerne wieder! I got my first sewing machine there and also my first training and I am very enthusiastic! : D Not only was the owner very patient with me and my bloody beginner questions, she was also extremely friendly and hard-working. Not only the handling with the machine, also the maintenance was carried out and tips and tricks were revealed;) I will gladly come again!

Die Preise sind zwar etwas höher aber naja es ist halt ein Fachgeschäft und ich muss sagen für die angebotene Qualität zahlt man gerne etwas mehr. Since my wife loves sewing, I bought her Christmas present here. It has become a tailor's dummy. The advice was just great. The prices are a bit higher, but it's a specialty shop and I have to say that you pay a little more for the quality offered.
