Schade ? die Auswahl nach Farben finde ich auch nicht gut ? wenn ich Sweater Suche muss ich die ganzen Farben absuchen. Unfortunately, the saleswoman was not of much help in terms of advice or materials. Too bad ? I don't like the choice of colors either ? when I'm looking for sweaters I have to search through all the colors.

Wir sollen sofort Abstand halten! als ich sie darauf Aufmerksam machte, dass das meine Mutter ist, mit der ich im selben Haushalt lebe, motzt sie nur: "dass kann ich nicht wissen!!!" Als ich freundlich zu ihr sagte, dass man dann auch nett fragen könne und man nicht so unfreundlich sein muss, sagte sie im genervten Ton: " dass muss ich 1000 mal am Tag" Sorry aber ich habe das Geschäft NICHT mehr betreten. Werde meine Stoffe wo anderst holen. Eventuell wäre es von Vorteil, die Mitarbeiter darauf hinzuweisen, wie man mit Kunden umgeht. UNFRIENDLY SELLER !!!!! Will the saleswoman (glasses, short blonde hair) puked !!! We should keep our distance immediately! when I made her aware that this is my mother, with whom I live in the same household, she just moans: "I can't know that !!!" When I said to her in a friendly way that you could also ask nicely and you don't have to be so unfriendly, she said in an annoyed tone: "I have to do that 1000 times a day" Sorry but I have NOT entered the shop again. Will get my fabrics somewhere else. It may be beneficial to instruct employees on how to deal with customers.

Stoffe sind bereits zugeschnitten und werden in unterschiedlichen Massen (gut gekennzeichnet) angeboten. Da ich viel weniger Stoff brauchte als bereits in den Päckchen verpackt, würde mir freundlicherweise neu zugeschnitten. Diverse selection of different fabrics sorted by color, including organic quality. Fabrics are already tailored and are offered in different sizes (well labeled). Since I needed a lot less fabric than I already packed in the parcel, I would be kindly cut to size.

(Dame mit Brille & kurzen blonden Haaren), macht extrem Druck, wirkt sehr gestresst und dafür, dass wir >100 Euro dort ausgegeben hatten gab sie uns das Gefühl, wir müssen noch froh sein überhaupt bedient zu werden. Highlight war, als wir auf das Rückgeld warteten und sie behauptete "das habe ich Ihnen vorher in die Hand gedrückt!!" - als wir auf unser Rückgeld bestanden meinte sie "gut hier haben Sie es nochmals!!" und hat uns keins Blickes mehr gewürdigt, schon gar nicht mehr auf wiedersehen gesagt. Great selection of fabrics, but incredibly unfriendly service! (Lady with glasses & short blond hair), creates extreme pressure, seems very stressed and for the fact that we spent >100 euros there, she gave us the feeling that we still have to be happy to be served at all. The highlight was when we were waiting for the change and she claimed "I put that in your hand before!!" - when we insisted on our change, she said "well, here you have it again!" and didn't look at us any more, let alone say goodbye.
