Unter anderem, eine Therme gesperrt, angeblich wegen erhöhten CO Werten, sie wussten aber nicht, dass die Werte 1 Tag vorher bereits gemessen worden sind und 1 Tag nachdem sie die Überprüfung vornahmen ebenfalls. Dennoch waren es angeblich zu hohe Werte und so sperrten sie eine voll funktionsfähige Therme. Anzeige läuft... Rip-off in a nice way. Act expertly like almost every car mechanic. Among other things, a spa was closed, allegedly because of increased CO levels, but they did not know that the values had been measured 1 day before and 1 day after they did the check as well. Nevertheless, it was supposedly too high values and so they locked a fully functional spa. Display is running ...

Noch WÄHREND ich die Tür aufmache, stemmt der Kerl seine Hand gegen meine Haustür und drückt sie auf bis sie mir gegen die Stirn schlägt. Dann drängt er sich an mir vorbei OHNE abstand zu halten.. Er bahnt sich ohne Worte seinen Weg durch MEINE Wohnung..nachdem er seine 12 sekündige Arbeit erledigt hat, zieht er immer noch ohne ein einziges Wort wieder ab und lässt die Haustür halb offen. Die `Leistung` die hier angeboten wird grenzt an kriminellem verhalten..das hat noch folgen Rumbles against the door at 7 a.m. until I open it. WHILE I open the door, the guy puts his hand on my front door and pushes it open until it hits my forehead. Then he pushes past me WITHOUT keeping his distance .. He makes his way through MY apartment without words .. after he has done his 12 second job, he still leaves without a single word and leaves the front door half open . The `service` that is offered here borders on criminal behavior ... that has consequences

Es ist nur bis 15 Uhr geöffnet) und es wurde sich trotz hohem Stresslevel (das Telefon läutete fast durchgehend) für mich die Zeit genommen. Ich wurde freundlich und bemüht bedient und gleich darauf hingewiesen, dass es aktuell durch Corona zu längeren Warte- und Bearbeitungszeiten der Befunde kommt. Ich bekam einen Termin für den übernächsten Tag und da es bei mir dringend war, bekam ich meine Befunde gleich am Tag nach meinem Termin. Ich habe mit einer längeren Wartezeiten gerechnet, da ich ja auch darauf hingewiesen wurde. Ich bin vollstens Zufrieden! PS: dies betrifft die Firma Quester (die Tochterfirma Elmora befindet sich im selben Büro) I personally went to the office on Schönburgstrasse (Attention! The opening times are not up to date! It is only open until 3 p.m.) and despite the high level of stress (the phone rang almost continuously), the time was taken for me. I was served friendly and eagerly and immediately pointed out that Corona is currently causing longer waiting and processing times for the findings. I was given an appointment for the day after the next and since it was urgent for me, I got my findings the day after my appointment. I was expecting a longer waiting time, as I was told about it. I am completely satisfied! PS: this concerns the company Quester (the subsidiary Elmora is in the same office)
