Als ich einen Artikel doch nicht haben wollte haben sie gleich die Augen verdreht und geflüstert:,, Die Jugend von Heute“. Ich wollte schon wieder gehen als ich bemerkte das ich ausversehen 2 statt 1 Packung Haargummis gekauft habe und wollte sie zurück geben. Ich bin absichtlich zu einer anderen Verkäuferin gegangen, aber die alte kam wieder und sagte ihr dass das die ist die sich nie entscheiden kann. Ich war empört versuchte aber ruhig zu bleiben. Sie wollten mir das Geld nicht zurück geben und haben mir stattdessen einen Gutschein gegeben.
The staff was very rude and didn't treat me well. When I didn't want an article after all, they rolled their eyes and whispered: "Today's youth". I was about to leave when I noticed that I accidentally bought 2 instead of 1 pack of hair ties and wanted to give them back. I went to another saleswoman on purpose, but the old one came back and told her that this is the one who can never make up her mind. I was outraged but tried to stay calm. They didn't want to give me the money back and instead gave me a voucher.
