M	Mario Rattini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe seit ca. Einem Jahr einen Side by Side Kühlschrank der Marke Elektra Bregenz. Ich dachte “ kauf ein anständiges Markengerät, dann hast du für längere Zeit eine Ruhe“. Da habe ich falsch gedacht. Ich kann nicht sagen was schlechter ist, elktro wurm oder elktra Bregenz. Angefangen hat es damit das der Eiswürfelspender keine Eiswürfel mehr produziert. Kann ja mal passieren. Kundendienst angerufen, welcher dann Elektro Wurm verständigte. Nach relativ kurzer Zeit kam dann auch der Techniker und diagnostizierte einen defekten Temperaturfühler, welchen er leider bestellen musste. Naja nicht so schlimm, hab ich halt keine Eiswürfel. Ein paar Tage später kam der Techniker erneut und tauschte den Fühler und alles hat wieder funktioniert. Jetzt nach einem Jahr Betrieb fangen die Probleme erst richtig an. Vor ca. 2 Wochen bemerkte ich das der Gefrierberreich auftaut. Ich habe das Gerät stromlos gemacht und neu gestartet, siehe da er kühlt wieder. Da ich besorgt war das Problem könnte wieder kommen, kontaktierte ich wieder den Kundendienst. Ein paar Tage später stand der Techniker von der Firma Wurm wieder bei mir und konnte keinen Fehler finden. Er meinte er tauscht vorsichtshalber die Elektronik aus, welche er natürlich erst bestellen muss. Letzten Freitag kam der Techniker erneut und tauschte sie aus. Am darauffolgenden Tag setzte die Kühlung komplett aus. Sämtliche Lebensmittel waten aufgetaut und reif für die Tonne. Habe dann am Montag sofort den Kundendienst und Elktro Wurm verständigt. Die nette Dame bei der Firma Wurm entschuldigte sich und versprach am Dienstag einen Techniker zu schicken, da sie erst die Teile bestellen muss. Da sie zur mir sagte der Techniker kommt am Nachmittag, nahm ich am Nachmittag Zeitausgleich und wartete ich. Bis halb fünf meldete sich niemand also beschloss ich anzurufen, vergeblich die Firma macht bereits um 16 Uhr zu. Kurz darauf meldete sich der Techniker und sagte ein Teil wäre nicht gekommen und das er am Mittwoch Morgen kommen wolle. Das kann mir die Firma Wurm nicht weis machen das sie bis 16:30 auf die Teile warteten. Meiner Meinung nach war es für den Techniker zu spät und er wollte nach Hause. Heute Mittwoch kam endlich der Techniker tauschte wieder die Elektronik, kontrollierte den Kühlschrank und fuhr wieder. Jetzt am Abend wollte ich Eiswürfel, siehe da keine einzige Taste am Bedienfeld funktioniert mehr. Mein Fazit Leider muss ich mit der Marke Elektra Bregenz und somit auch mit der Firma Wurm noch einige Zeit leben, aber ich werde sicher nicht mehr ein Gerät dieser Marke kaufen und werde bei meiner Nächsten Investition auch darauf achten das nicht die Firma Wurm die Service Vertretung hat. I have had a side-by-side refrigerator from the Elektra Bregenz brand for about a year. I thought "buy a decent brand device, then you will have a rest for a long time". I thought wrong. I can not say which is worse, electro worm or elktra Bregenz. It started with the ice cube dispenser no longer producing ice cubes. Can happen. Customer service called, who then informed Elektro Wurm. After a relatively short time, the technician came and diagnosed a defective temperature sensor, which he unfortunately had to order. Well, not that bad, I don't have ice cubes. The technician came back a few days later and replaced the sensor and everything worked again. Now, after a year of operation, the problems are just beginning. About 2 weeks ago I noticed that the freezer area is thawing. I have de-energized the device and restarted, see there it cools again. Since I was concerned the problem could come back, I contacted customer service again. A few days later the technician from the Wurm company was back with me and could not find any mistakes. As a precaution, he said he would replace the electronics, which of course he would have to order first. The technician came again last Friday and exchanged them. The next day, the cooling stopped completely. All food is thawed and ready for the bin. I immediately contacted the customer service and Elktro Wurm on Monday. The nice lady at the Wurm company apologized and promised to send a technician on Tuesday because she had to order the parts first. Since she said to me the technician is coming in the afternoon, I took time off in the afternoon and waited. No one answered until half past four so I decided to call, the company closed in vain at 4:00 p.m. Shortly afterwards, the technician answered and said that part would not have come and that he wanted to come on Wednesday morning. The Wurm company cannot tell me that they waited until 4:30 p.m. for the parts. In my opinion it was too late for the technician and he wanted to go home. The technician finally came back on Wednesday, replaced the electronics, checked the refrigerator and drove again. Now in the evening I wanted ice cubes, lo and behold, not a single button on the control panel works anymore. My conclusion Unfortunately I have to live with the Elektra Bregenz brand and therefore also with the Wurm company for some time, but I will certainly no longer buy a device of this brand and will make sure that the next time I make an investment, the Wurm company does not have the service agency.
