★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Service. Unsere Internetverbindung ist konstant schlecht. Ruft man an, wegen einer Problemlösung, wird man von einer Mitarbeiterin vertröstet, man meldet sich. Niemand ruft je zurück. Erwischt man endlich den Chef selbst, schildert sein Problem, vereinbart einen Austausch des Gerätes, kriegt eine Zusage für kommende Woche, ein Mitarbeiter käme definitiv vorbei und was ist? Man wartet die ganze Woche zuhause auf den besagten Mitarbeiter und NICHTS passiert. Sowas unzuverlässiges und unhöfliches habe ich noch NIE erlebt! Wir sind mehr als sauer und enttäuscht. Ich zahle Unmengen an Geld, für eine Internetverbindung die zu 90% Ausfälle hat bzw überhaupt nicht funktioniert! Nichts als leere Versprechungen in diesem Laden! Einen Stern gibt's nur, weil man sonst keine Rezession schreiben kann!
 Very bad service. Our internet connection is constantly bad. If you call, because of a problem solution, you will be put off by a colleague, you get in touch. Nobody ever calls back. If you finally catch the boss himself, describe his problem, agree to exchange the device, get a promise for next week, a coworker would definitely come over and what is? You wait for the whole week at home on the said staff and nothing happens. Something unreliable and rude I have never experienced! We are more than angry and disappointed. I pay tons of money for an Internet connection that has 90% outages or does not work at all! Nothing but empty promises in this store! There is only one star, because otherwise you can not write a recession!
