K	Karim Kabaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe hier ein Sony TV bestellt, um auch die lokalen Händler zu unterstützen und nicht alles beim großen A zu bestellen. Bestellung wurde schnell bearbeitet und ich hatte den TV ein paar Tage später bei mir. Beim Auspacken war das Display gesprungen. Bei Übergabe war aber keine beschädigung an der Verpackung zu sehen. Habe mich daraufhin direkt beim Service gemeldet. Dort hiess es das es meine Schuld sei und ich direkt die Verpackung öffnen muss um zu überprüfen ob alles passt. Laut Arbeiterkammer ist dies nicht korrekt und ich habe Gewährleistungsanspruch. Herr Koller (normalerweise nenn ich keine Namen dieser Herr hier muss aber angesprochen werden) hat mich dann gebeten, eine Email zu formulieren, wonach die Verpackung schon defekt angekommen ist, was aber nicht der Fall war. Ich sollte also lügen! Ich habe dann umgehen Fotos und Email gesendet. Herr KOller wollte einfach nicht kommuzieren und meinte es sieht schlecht aus und ich müsste das ganze finanziell tragen, was absolut nicht korrekt ist. Nach 5 Emails die alle nicht beantwortet wurden, 10 Anrufen die teilweise ignoriert wurden, habe ich dann nach langem hin und her meinen Betrag erstattet bekommen. JETZT kommt das spannende: Ich habe mir das gleiche Modell dann nochmal bei einem anderen Online Händler bestellt und siehe da. Es waren 3 Dinge mehr in dem Karton die ich vorher nicht hatte. Hier wurde mir ein defekter TV geschickt, nicht original verpackt!! (hatte ja jetzt den direkten Vergleich) Herr Koller ist im Kundenservice mit Abstand die schlimmste Person mit der ich jemals zu tun hatte, absolut ungeeignet. Generell kann ich aufgrund dieser negativen Erfahrung von dem Shop nur abraten. I ordered a Sony TV here to support the local dealers and not to order everything from the big A. Order was processed quickly and I had the TV with me a few days later. The display cracked when unpacking. At the time of delivery, however, there was no damage to the packaging to be seen. I then reported directly to service. There it was said that it was my fault and that I had to open the packaging directly to check whether everything fits. According to the Chamber of Labor, this is not correct and I have a warranty claim. Mr. Koller (usually I don't mention any names, but this man has to be addressed) then asked me to write an email stating that the packaging had already arrived defective, which was not the case. So I should be lying! I then sent photos and emails by around. Mr. KOller just didn't want to communicate and said it looks bad and I would have to pay for the whole thing financially, which is absolutely incorrect. After 5 emails that were all not answered, 10 calls that were partially ignored, after a long time I got my amount refunded. NOW comes the exciting: I then ordered the same model again from another online dealer and lo and behold. There were 3 more things in the box that I didn't have before. Here I was sent a defective TV, not originally packed! (now had the direct comparison) In customer service, Mr. Koller is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with, absolutely unsuitable. In general, due to this negative experience, I can only advise against using the shop.

Mehr als mies das Geschäft ist NICHT weiter zu empfehlen!!! Staff no knowledge. One asks the other and then nothing comes out or you send one to the competition! More than lousy the business is NOT recommended!

Mir gefällt es immer gut wenn ich ein Geschäft als Ansprechpartner habe und nicht nur einen online Handel. I ordered online, lego has to be said, was informed that it is ready for collection and when I picked it up everything was prepared and I was able to move on quickly. I always like it when I have a business as a contact person and not just an online trade.

Was satisfied several times. The advice was competent and the prices are totally okay. Does a good job fixing fishing rods too!
