P	Patrick Gietl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weiß leider nicht wie gut sie sind, wenn sie denn wirklich etwas reparieren: Auftrag war Kostenvoranschlag für neue Garagentor-Steuerung nach einem Blitzschlag: Termin wurde ignoriert und am nächsten Tag gab es einen Anruf, den meine Frau aber nicht annehmen konnte; am Montag darauf noch ein Rückruf und dann kam wirklich ein Techniker, der uns bescheinigt hat, dass die Steuerung wirklich kaputt ist (WOW). Nach einer Woche noch immer kein Kostenvoranschlag, also Rückruf: der Techniker dachte, dass damit alles geklärt ist, es wird mit ihm nochmal besprochen. Nach 3 Wochen eine Rechnung erhalten und auf Rückfrage was denn mit dem Kostenvoranschlag ist die Antwort erhalten, dass sie das nicht machen, weil sie zu ausgebucht sind und dass ich doch zu einem Torbauer gehen soll! Jetzt sitze ich auf einer Rechnung, die die Versicherung nicht übernehmen wird für eine Überprüfung die ich nicht gebraucht habe und dafür habe ich über drei Wochen gewartet. After a week there was still no estimate, so call back: the technician thought that everything was cleared up, it was discussed with him again. After 3 weeks I received an invoice and when asked what the quote is, the answer is that they don't because they are too booked and that I should go to a gate builder! Now I am sitting on an invoice that the insurance company will not take over for a review that I did not need and I have waited over three weeks for this.

Dieser ist aber mehr als unverdient, da dieses inkompetente Unternehmen eigentlich mit Minuspunkten bewertet werden müsste und sollte! 1x für Umgang mit Kundenanfragen. 1x für doppelte Anfahrt, da die Arbeit beim ersten mal nicht ordnungsgemäß erledigt wurde, das Unternehmen aber trotzdem meint im Recht zu sein. Alsssoooo ... Unfortunately, you have to give a star here ... This is more than undeserved, since this incompetent company actually with Minus points should and should be evaluated! 1x for dealing with customer inquiries. 1x for double access, because the work was not done properly the first time, the company but still believes in the right to be.
M	Markus Bernhard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Arbeiter der Firma haben in meiner Wohnung einen intakten Fliesenboden mit ihren schweren Gerät komplett zerkratzt und somit ruiniert. Dies wurde von den Arbeitern abgestritten (sie waren das definitiv nicht, da sie Abdeckvlies aufgelegt hätten) und geleugnet bis ich es anhand von Fotos, die zufällig während der Arbeiten gemacht wurden, nachweisen konnte (es war niergendwo Vlies zu sehen). Dermaßen respektlos mit fremdem Eigentum umzugehen und Kunden dann auch noch zu belügen, ist für mich unfassbar unprofessionell und untragbar. The workers of the company completely scratched and ruined an intact tiled floor in my apartment with their heavy equipment. This was denied by the workers (they definitely weren't, as they would have put covering fleece on) and denied it until I was able to prove it on the basis of photos that were taken by chance during the work (there was no fleece anywhere). To be so disrespectful to someone else's property and then to lie to customers is incredibly unprofessional and intolerable for me.
