Ganz klare Empfehlung - und vielen Dank an Euch :) Just great - on the phone extremely helpful and friendly, staff was in 15 minutes on site and could do everything shortly and this especially for a transparent and fair price unlike many others .. Besonders bemerkenswert dabei war, dass mir der Tipp gegeben wurde, die Reparatur für mich kostenlos bei der Hausverwaltung einzufordern. Top Beratung = Top Empfehlung My request about a missing seal in the distribution box of a multi-party house was answered very professionally and friendly at short notice. It was particularly noteworthy that I was given the tip to request repairs from the property management company free of charge. Top advice = top recommendation
u	ursula Makoschitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Auftrag eine Deckenlampe, zwei Wandlampen und eine Neonröhre zu installieren und einen bereits vorhandenen Deckenbaldachin zu montieren wurde zuverlässig und kompetent ausgeführt. Die Dame am Telefon war auch sehr freundlich. Leider wurde mir am Telefon nicht mitgeteilt, dass eine Partiestunde 138€ kostet. Die Partie bestand aus einem Fachmann und einem Lehrling. Der Lehrling konnte keine eigenständigen Arbeitsschritte durchführen und wurde vor Ort eingeschult. Die Arbeitszeit betrug 2,5 Stunden + 1/2 Stunde Anfahrtszeit + die Materialkosten für 6 Leuchtmitteln zu 22,25 Euro, in Summe insgesamt 436,25 €. Ich verstehe nicht, warum hier ein Partiepreis verrechnet wird, da 2 ausgebildete Fachkräfte sicher nicht 2,5 Stunden gebraucht hätten. Die Firma ist 10 Gehminuten von meiner Wohnung entfernt. Da die Anfahrtszeit von 1/2 Stunde ebenfalls zum " Partiepreis" verrechnet wurde, habe ich nochmals urgiert und einen Preisnachlass für 1/2 Stunde erwirkt. Ja, ich war mit der Arbeit zufrieden, aber so einfache Lampenmontagen gibt`s sicher genau so gut zu einem günstigeren Preis. The apprentice was unable to carry out any work steps independently and was trained on site. The working time was 2.5 hours + 1/2 hour travel time + the material costs for 6 lamps at 22.25 euros, in total 436.25 euros. I don't understand why a lot price is charged here, since 2 trained specialists would certainly not have needed 2.5 hours. The company is 10 minutes walk from my apartment. Since the journey time of 1/2 hour was also charged at the "lot price", I urged again and obtained a price reduction for 1/2 hour. Yes, I was satisfied with the work, but there are certainly lamp assemblies that are as simple as that at a lower price.
