★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider muss ich hier einen negativen Kommentar schreiben, was ich nicht gerne mache, aber ich fühle mich etwas gefrotzelt von dieser Firma.
Vor 10 Jahren komplette Hausinstallation um 25.000 Euro,
bei Problem jetzt :
Telefonat mit Firmenchef- Mitteilung dass wir diese Problem mit einer von ihm initiierten komplizierten Anlage haben und dazu Fotos per whatsapp geschickt.
Keine Rückmeldung 3 Wochen
dann wieder Anruf- keine Reaktion
Anruf bei Firma Festnetz- man wird sich kümmern
3 Tage später- immer noch keine Reaktion seitens der Firma
nach neuerlichem Anruf meinerseits lapidarer Kommentar, das machen wir nicht.
Also zuerst ordentlich abcashen und dann sterben lassen.
Das nenne ich mal vorbildliches Kundenservice

 Unfortunately I have to write a negative comment here, which I don't like to do, but I feel a little pissed off by this company.
10 years ago complete house installation for 25,000 euros,
if there is a problem now:
Telephone conversation with the head of the company saying that we have this problem with a complicated system initiated by him and we sent photos via whatsapp.
No response for 3 weeks
then call again - no response
Call the company landline - they will take care of it
3 days later - still no response from the company
After another call from me, a succinct comment, we won't do that.
So first cash in properly and then let it die.
That's what I call exemplary customer service

I hope my review is a warning to all future customers of this company
