R	Rolf Demmenie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben een Hollander die op Kreta Griekenland woond ,ik had een keukenkraan bij de Lidl gekocht ,naar 4 jaar was er een ring gebroken ,naar eisl opgestuurd ,en netjes een nieuwe ring gekregen onder garantie ,ik kan maar 5 sterren geven maar ze hebben er wel 10 verdient I am a Dutchman who lives in Crete, Greece, I had bought a kitchen tap at Lidl, after 4 years a ring was broken, sent to Eisl, and neatly received a new ring under warranty, I can only give 5 stars but they have earns 10
A	Ano Nym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duschkabine LIDO. Die verchromten Kunststoffteile sind natürlich witzlos und ebenso schnell unansehnlich. Laufrollen nach kurzer Zeit defekt durch minderwertiges Material. Kundenservice frech - über Bauhaus Beschwerde gar keinen Erfolg. Eisl selbst verweist auf die beiliegende Gebrauchsanweisung und gibt nur 6 Monate Gewährleistung auf die Laufrollen. Von einer österreichischen Firma hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Besser für die Hälfte in Fernost kaufen da hat man die gleiche Qualität. LIDO shower cubicle. The chrome-plated plastic parts are of course pointless and just as quickly unsightly. Castors defective after a short time due to inferior material. Customer service cheeky - no success at all about Bauhaus complaints. Eisl himself refers to the enclosed instructions for use and only gives a 6 month guarantee on the castors. We expected a lot more from an Austrian company. Better to buy for half in the Far East because you have the same quality.
H	HONDA VFR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon nach wenigen Monaten keine Eisl Ersatzteile mehr zu erhalten. Lächerlich !! Völlig unqualifizierte Konstrukteure und Qualitativ totaler Schrott. Es lohnt sich nicht sich über so einen Laden aufzuregen, sondern im Fachhandel statt bei Lidl und Co. diesen Müll zu kaufen. Ich kann nur jedem abraten von diesem Unternehmen was zu kaufen. Die Standzeit der Dusche wird gerade mal die Garantiezeit überleben. Das heißt nach 2 Jahren musst du den Schrott entsorgen. Noch ärgerlicher dabei ist die erhöhte Arbeitszeit den Schrott aufzustellen. Der Ablauf ist genauso wenig durchdacht wie die ganzen Rollen und die Lagerung der Türen. Vielen Dank. Nie weider was von dieser Firma. Ich hoffe ich konnte ein wenig helfen ob man das nun bestellt oder nicht. Already after a few months no more Eisl spare parts to get. Ridiculous !! Completely unqualified designers and quality total scrap. It is not worth it to get excited about such a shop, but to buy this garbage instead of at Lidl and Co. in the specialized trade. I can only advise against anyone buying something from this company. The life of the shower will just survive the warranty period. That means after 2 years you have to dispose of the scrap. Even more annoying is the increased working hours to set up the scrap. The process is just as unthinkable as the whole roles and the storage of the doors. Many thanks. Contacted Eisl and without any problem they replaced it free of charge and very quickly as well. I have now had this tap for well over 7 years when it started to drip. Contacted Eisl again and again without any problems they send a new cartridge free of charge. A real quality company and real quality goods. I am totally satisfied with responsiveness punctuality Value and quality. Would recommend them 100%.
