Kosten retour zu senden, um den falschen Anschnitt, der auf Fotos gut zu erkennen ist, zu prüfen, einmal und nie wieder - Finger weg ! Unfortunately, very poor quality, bleed does not fit, instead of a goodwill solution you are asked to buy 50 copies! OWN! Send costs back to check the wrong bleed, which can be clearly seen on photos, once and never again - fingers away!

Dann bestelle ich neulich ein Produkt, bei dem Flyeralarm offenbar einen falschen Preis angegeben hat. Nachdem ich die Druckdaten aber nicht binnen 14 Tagen liefern konnte (weil Freigabe vom Kunden ausständig und im Sommerloch und Lockdownchaos nicht leicht zu bekommen) - storniert mir Flyeralarm meine bereits bezahlte Bestellung. Der Kunde möchte natürlich dennoch die Ware zum versprochenen Preis. Der Schaden ist im fünfstelligen Bereich und Flyeralarm macht keinerlei Anstalten auf eine faire Lösung. Ja - die Daten wurden nicht binnen 14 Tagen hochgeladen. Aber für deren Preiskalkulationsfehler kann ich auch nichts. Und nach 15 Jahren guter Zusammenarbeit finde ich es schade, wenn ein Multimillionen Euro schweres Unternehmen, dass sich Bandenwerbung bei Länderspielen leisten kann, einem kleinen Grafiker so den Riegel vorschiebt und keinerlei Kompromissbereitschaft aufweist. Sorry Leute - aber so geht man nicht mit Kunden um. (Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Unternehmen Flyeralarm und nicht auf den Flyeralarm Store Salzburg) I have been a Flyeralarm customer for 15 years and have spent a lot of money there over the past few years. Then I recently ordered a product for which Flyeralarm apparently stated the wrong price. But after I could not deliver the print data within 14 days (because approval is pending from the customer and not easy to get in the summer slump and lockdown chaos) - Flyeralarm cancels my already paid order. Of course, the customer still wants the goods at the promised price. The damage is in the five-digit range and Flyeralarm makes no move to find a fair solution. Yes - the data was not uploaded within 14 days. But I can’t help with their pricing errors either. And after 15 years of good cooperation, I think it's a shame when a multimillion euro company that can afford perimeter advertising at international matches puts a stop to a small graphic designer and shows no willingness to compromise. Sorry folks - but that's not how you treat customers. (This rating refers to the company Flyeralarm and not to the Flyeralarm Store Salzburg)

Man braucht 3 Jahre um die Datein in ein ungewöhnliches Bilderformat zu konventieren, obwohl jeder andere Shop das fehlerfrei und problemlos hinbekommt. IHR NEHMT DAFÜR AUCH NOCH GELD, HACKTS NOCH? So einen Müll hab ich in den letzten Jahren nicht gesehen. In which year was the data import system written? It takes 3 years to convert the files into an unusual image format, although every other shop can do it without errors and problems. DO YOU ALSO TAKE MONEY FOR THIS, STILL HACKING? I haven't seen such garbage in the last few years.
M	Maria Schwarzmayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man braucht fast einen Abschluss in Grafikdesign um Sachen drucken lassen zu können, die verlangten Formatierungen sind unnötig kompliziert und undurchschaubar. Kann man aber erst ausprobieren, nachdem man bereits bezahlt hat. Nie wieder Flyeralarm. You almost need a degree in graphic design to be able to have things printed, the required formatting is unnecessarily complicated and inscrutable. But you can only try it after you have already paid. No more flyer alarm.

Es wurden unbedruckte Rollen geliefert - Flyeralarm kommt mir weder mit einem neu Druck oder sonst irgendwie entgegen weil ich die falsche Auskunft des Mitarbeiters nicht schriftlich beweisen kann!! Schade, werde mir in Zukunft eine andere Druckerei suchen. Due to incorrect information from the employee (hotline), there was no printing at all on the labels. Unprinted rolls were delivered - Flyeralarm does not meet me with a new print or in any other way because I cannot prove the wrong information from the employee in writing! What a shame, I will look for another printing company in the future.
