Best Open air museum in austria

A	Alex aus Rohrpommern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Touristisch gar nicht mehr erschlossen. Eine verwittert-verdreckte Hinweistafel. Geprägt wird die Anlage von der langsam vor sich hinrottenden Ausstellungsarchitektur Herrn Domenigs. Nähert man sich dem Gebäude sieht man Unrat und Verfall, ein Blick durch die Glasfronten zeigt Reste von Ausstellungsmobiliar,Vitrinen, ein paar Maschinen und das Ganze garniert mit Flaschen, Bierdosen und anderem Unrat. Ein trostloser Anblick. Wenn man es schon nicht schafft, das Ganze mit Leben zu füllen, könnte man wenigstens die Gebäude leerräumen. Not at all developed for tourism. A weathered and dirty billboard. The complex is shaped by the slowly rotten exhibition architecture of Mr. Domenig. As you approach the building you can see rubbish and decay, a look through the glass fronts shows remains of exhibition furniture, showcases, a few machines and the whole thing garnished with bottles, beer cans and other rubbish. A bleak sight. If you don't manage to fill the whole thing with life, you could at least clear the buildings.

Interesting and grandiose installation, the only pity is that it is not used now and is rotting to itself, and has been for 25 years, since the national exhibition in 1995.
H	Huberto alois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eine Schande wie diese Gebäude dem Verfall preisgegeben wird ! vermüllte Räume Wasserschaden wo ist der Kulturreferend des Landes Kärnten ??? oder was sagen die seinerzeitigen Förderer - Wietersdorfer ? a shame how these buildings are falling into disrepair! littered rooms Water damage where is the cultural referendum of the state of Carinthia ??? or what do the sponsors of the time - Wietersdorfer say?
W	Werner Röder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Industrieruine...leider gabs nach der Landesausstellung kein Nachnutzungskonzept.... ein Schande erster Ordnung....Danke Jörg!!! Fotomotive gibts trotzdem. Great industrial ruin ... unfortunately there was no re-use concept after the state exhibition .... a shame of the first order .... Thanks Jörg !!! There are still photo opportunities.
T	Thomas Rasinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufjedenfall sehenswert, ich schätz mal das die gebäude ca 5 stockwerke haben, hinten rumm gibts ne wiese mit einem weg bei dem man rauf gehen kann, wenn die glastüre unten zu ist. Das beste daran ist dass es immer offen hat und momentan kostenlos ist, die schafe halten das gras klein. Aufpassen beim gehen ;) Aufjedenfall einen 30 minütigen aufenthalt wert. Definitely worth seeing, I guess the building has about 5 floors, there's a meadow at the back where you can go up when the glass door is closed. The best thing about it is that it is always open and is currently free, the sheep keep the grass small. Be careful when walking;) Definitely worth a 30 minute stay.
