★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really horrible experience with their customer support. I bought one of their hats in a ski resort. Once I was home I discovered a flaw on the pompon: the wool wires were not joined properly and they come off from the pompon.
Since I couldn't go to the dealer to ask for a change (it's 50km far from my home), I wrote a message directly to the company (both by Facebook Messenger and by email), explaining my issue with some video and photos and sending them the receipt of purchase. They took more than a week to reply me after more than one reminder and their response was really incredible: they never pronounced words like "sorry for the inconvenience" or showed me their sorrow for what has happened. They were only able to say that, IF I wanted to have my hat repaired, I can send them back, BUT I had to pay the shipping. I really got the impression to be a nuisance to them and this make me really sad.
You can have the best product of the world, but you are not able to take care of your customers, you won't get so far.
Five stars for your products, none for the customer support.
