Als Vermieter war es der Firma Rora eine Woche lang nicht möglich, sich so um die Heizung zu kümmern, dass sie auch funktioniert. Eine Woche keine Heizung bzw nur stundenweise und kein Warmwasser, im Winter. Was bedeutet 16 Grad in der Wohnung. Und man sollte glauben es entschuldigt sich jemand, Nein es ist allen.egal. Dem VERMIETER und der HAUSVERWALTUNG (Fahrner) The extremely loud heating was repaired or insulated shortly before my departure. It was not possible to fix the problem for four years. A	A_C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin in einen Neubau gezogen, in welchem die FA Rora alle Installationen vorgenommen hat und es ist so ziemlich alles schief gegangen, was hätte schief gehen können. Die Techniker, die mir allesamt danach zur Behebung der Probleme geschickt wurden, waren eine fachliche Katastrophe. Fast ein Jahr musste ich mich bis zur endgültigen Behebung sämtlicher Probleme mit der Firma Rora rumschlagen. Finger weg! The technicians, all of whom were then sent to fix the problems, were a technical disaster. Angefangen vom ersten Telefonat mit den Mitarbeitern bis zum Techniker sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Hr. Erler ist für mich ein sehr ehrlicher und kompetenten Heizungstechniker, den ich auch jederzeit telefonisch um Rat fragen kann. Kann die Fa. Rora nur weiterempfehlen. P	Philipp Costamajor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste mich heute an den Notdienst wenden, da unsere Heizung nicht mehr funktionierte. Mir wurde sofort in voller Kompetenz geholfen. Es wurde sogar der Hersteller kontaktiert und mit diesem Teamwork und vollen Einsatz, konnte das Problem gehoben werden. Somit haben wir jetzt wieder ein warmes Haus. Ich kann mich hier wirklich nur nochmal für diesen super Einsatz bei dem Herrn, der am Samstag dem 04.01.2020 am Vormittag, Dienst hatte bedanken. So ein Kundenfreundlicher Einsatz ist nicht mehr so oft zu bekommen. Danke I had to contact the emergency service today because our heating was no longer working. I was immediately helped in full competence. Even the manufacturer was contacted and with this teamwork and full commitment, the problem could be solved. So now we have a warm house again. I really can only thank you again for this great effort from the gentleman who was on duty on Saturday, January 4th, 2020. Such a customer-friendly operation is no longer available as often. Thank you
