Our contact person from EHL Immobilien didn't answer to our emails and also to our calls. It;s almost one month since we are expecting at least some answers not mentioning about the fixings. I am sorry that I need to write a bad review for receiving an answer to my problems! Communication needs to be improved for sure!

During the apartment inspection, damages were identified by us in the kitchen and in the bathroom utensil. Our requests for repairing the above were utterly ignored by the EHL team, no matter how many emails we send to them. We are very disappointed.
J	Jule Wilhelm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we started visiting flats with EHL in Vienna, the service was quite good and the Woman (Ms Feilinger) who showed us the apartment was very professional, so once we decided we would like to have the flat everything went smooth. The issues started afterwards, once we signed the contract everything got very unprofessional, we were then in contact with two different Women directly in the agency. They never responded our phone calls, they were very unfriendly and almost never answered our mails! The service is absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money you pay to get even a flat. Even after 2 months having moved into our new flat, we have to send many emails. We only received the signed contract after 2 months, it also took a while to get all issues fixed that popped up once we lived in the apartment. In my opinion this is very unprofessional to offer such a bad service in a huge real estate firm where you have to pay big fees.
