★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das alte Friedrich Haller Haus brannte im April 2011 ab und wurde vom Verein "Die Naturfreunde" innerhalb eines einzigen Jahres bis April 2012 neu aufgebaut und erhielt den Namen "Naturfreundehaus auf der Knofeleben". Friedrich Haller (1874 - 1943) stammte aus Perchtoldsdorf und war Obmann des Bauausschusses der Wiener Naturfreunde. Zum Gedenken an seine Verdienste wurde in den 50er Jahren die vormalige Knofeleben-Hütte nach ihm benannt.
The old Friedrich Haller house burned down in April 2011 and was rebuilt by the association "Die Naturfreunde" within a single year until April 2012 and was given the name "Naturfreundehaus auf der Knofeleben". Friedrich Haller (1874 - 1943) came from Perchtoldsdorf and was chairman of the building committee of the Wiener Naturfreunde. To commemorate his achievements, the former Knofeleben hut was named after him in the 1950s.
