dass der Baugrund in Tirol auch Herausforderungen bieten kann, dass so mancher Bauherr von unrealistischen Ansinnen ausgeht, sowohl was technische Machbarkeit, als auch letztlich die Kosten anbelangt kommt vor.
Nur ist es besser, einen pragmatischen Geotechniker bei der Hand zu haben, der das frühzeitig erkennt.
die Bewertung eines "local guide" ohne Begründung kann man also getrost vergessen: 3P sind erste Wahl bei der Erkundung schwieriger Situation und in der technischen Abwicklung geotechnischer Spezialbauten ...

You can safely forget the evaluation of a "local guide" without justification: 3P are the first choice when exploring difficult situations and in the technical handling of special geotechnical structures ...
