Als wir dann etwas durch die Karte geschaut haben und uns die sehr freundlich Bedienung den Tip gegeben hat, das wir doch vielleicht eine gemischte Antipasti nehmen sollen, war das die beste Entscheidung. Hervorragendes Essen, sehr nette und Lustige Inhaber, gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis ( Qualität höchster Klasse ). Wir werden dieses Lokal auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Das Ambiente ist super schick und fein. Wir freuen uns schon darauf das nächste mal nach Salzburg zu fahren auch wegen diesem Lokal. Went into the restaurant by chance and just wanted a drink. When we looked through the menu and the very friendly wait staff gave us the tip that we should perhaps have a mixed antipasti, it was the best decision. Excellent food, very nice and funny owners, good price performance ratio (quality of the highest class). We will definitely recommend this restaurant. The ambience is super chic and fine. We are already looking forward to going to Salzburg next time, also because of this restaurant.
U	Ulrich Vanek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Während eines Kurzurlaubs haben wir dort an zwei Abenden gegessen. Unsere Wahl war eher zufällig, da das Restaurant gegenüber unserem Hotel lag. Der Service war kompetent und freundlich, die offenen Weine und der Crémant ausgezeichnet und vernünftig temperiert. Das Wenige, das wir aus der Speisekarte probieren konnten, ist wohl kaum besser zu machen. Keine Kritik, nur ein ein Tipp: der Geflügelleber hätte vielleicht etwas frischer Salbei oder gar Estragon gut getan. - Alles war absolut das Geld wert! Dieses Restaurant ist sicherlich gut für einen Michelin-Stern. We ate there on two evenings during a short break. Our choice was rather coincidental as the restaurant was opposite our hotel. The service was competent and friendly, the wines by the glass and the crémant excellent and at a reasonable temperature. The little that we could try from the menu can hardly be made better. No criticism, just a tip: the poultry liver might have done a little fresh sage or even tarragon. - Everything was absolutely worth the money! This restaurant is certainly good for a Michelin star.
M	Manfred Weiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klein aber extrem fein. Tolle Küche mit frischen ausgewählten Speisen. Empfehlung ist das Überraschungsmenü. Einfach kulinarisch gut. Small but extremely fine. Great kitchen with fresh selected dishes. The surprise menu is recommended. Simply culinary good.
P	Panorama Obertauern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer wenn wir in Salzburg sind freuen wir uns auf einen wunderschönen Abend im Edelmanns. Es werden jedes Mal all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt oder sogar übertroffen. Köstliche Gerichte (man kann sich gar nie entscheiden, weil einfach alles super lecker ist) und ein sehr nettes, lustiges und kompetentes Service Team. Sobald es wieder möglich ist, kommen wir wieder!! Whenever we are in Salzburg we look forward to a wonderful evening at Edelmanns. Every time, all of our expectations are met or even exceeded. Delicious dishes (you can never make up your mind because everything is delicious) and a very nice, funny and competent service team. As soon as it is possible again, we will be back !!

D	Derek Dimbleby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS PLACE and do yourself a favour! Faux-pretend-Italian restaurant with awful-Austrian service. Not only was there an extortionate hidden cover charge but they cowardly hid behind the German menu to charge us for 2 starters instead of one. And the food was rubbish anyway. Go to any other Italian resto in Salzburg. Will have better food and service.
M	Muay Thai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a guest at this place for some time, now I came with two friends of mine and their small,small dogs. At the entrance lady did not say hello neither the waiter did. She right away asked for a covid code. A dog sniffed her feet but the moved her leg, that was very uncomfortable to see. Later on, even though they knew the dogs are guests too, we realized that they couldn’t sit with us on the bank yet just on the floor, I asked if there would be a problem if they sit on our jackets cause they would be whining otherwise. That was not an option unfortunately. I think I should’ve been told over the phone about this. We left the place because of that and I doubt I’ll be coming back there again for this unpleasant experience.
