R	Roman Soska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel horší zkušenost.I přes rezervaci přes rezervační formulář nebyly kola přiipravené.Nakonec jsme dostali jednoho fully a jednoho hardtail,to by bylo asi ještě v pořádku.Ovšem na fullovi se cca po 17 km vybila baterie,přitom se do té doby jela více než polovina trasy po rovině,tedy s jen minimalním využitím baterie.Další problém nastal,když jsme s vypětím všech sil:) dorazili do místa,kde lze baterie dobít.Fully disponuje motorem Brose,které ještě nejsou,i dle místních domordců,které jsme potkali po cestě,ještě tak rozšířené,takže na dobíjecím místě kabel pro tento typ motoru neměli.Kola jsme si vypůjčili na celý den,ale využili jsme je jen ani ne na půl dne.Po reklamaci nabídl ebock sice kompenzaci,ale pro nás,bohužel,nevhodnou variantou. Neřešil bych peníze,ale trochu mě mrzí kvalita poskytnuté služby a ještě víc to mrzí,když nám vyšlo nádherné počasí a měli jsme naplánovanou pěknou trasu. Věřím,že naše špatná zkušenost s ebock je spíše ojedinělá,přesto nemůžu dát dobrou recenzi a ani nebudu mít v budoucnu chuť a odvahu znovu jejich služeb využít. Unfortunately, a worse experience. I wouldn't deal with the money, but I'm a little sorry for the quality of the service provided, and I'm even more sorry for the wonderful weather and we had a nice route planned. I believe that our bad experience with ebock is rather unique, but I can't give a good review and I won't have the desire or courage to use their services again in the future.

So die ganze geplante (ca. 30km) Tour war gar nicht möglich, obwohl wir sind in "Low" und "Eco" Modus gefahren. Noch dazu: bei der Hütte ist das Haibike nicht aufladbar. Als Entschädigung kriegt man nur die Antwort: dieser Motor ist so stark, dass echt viel Strom braucht. E-bike rental: avoid Haibike! After about 10 km we only had a 10% charge level. So the whole planned (approx. 30km) tour was not possible, although we drove in "Low" and "Eco" mode. What's more: the Haibike cannot be charged at the hut. The only compensation you get is the answer: this motor is so powerful that it really needs a lot of electricity.
