Denn ich bin sicher kein einfacher Kunde, wie ich zugeben muss. Muss ich aber auch nicht sein, als Kunde. Besonders in Coronna Zeiten. Dennoch Top. Besonders André, der durch seine professionelle Art die 5 Sterne gerettet und verdient hat. André Leuchtenmüller is their best seller ... And that's a good thing. Flexible and quite understanding. As far as possible. Because I am certainly not an easy customer, as I have to admit. But I don't have to be, as a customer. Especially in Coronna times. Still great. Especially André, who saved and earned the 5 stars with his professional manner.

Es passt von der Planung (Kauf) bis hin zur Ausführung (Reparatur und Service). Da ich seit 30 Jahren Kunde bin und die Technik und die Elektronik enorme Fortschritte gemacht haben, ist es mir wichtig als Pensionist, dass mir bei Einschulungen und späteren Nachfragen alles geduldig erklärt wird, was bei Firma Krautinger der Fall ist! A 10 point top team! I could imagine a brand change rather than a change in the Krautinger company. It fits from planning (purchase) to execution (repair and service). Since I have been a customer for 30 years and the technology and electronics have made tremendous progress, it is important to me as a retiree that everything that Krautinger does is patiently explained to me during schooling and later inquiries!

Nach versprochener Reservierung bei Herrn Krautinger und wir 250 km zu dem Termin gefahren sind, wurde uns lapidar erklärt, dass das Auto schon verkauft wurde und wir konnten die 250 km wieder zurück fahren. Dubious dealership without handshake quality is certainly not to be recommended. After the promised reservation with Mr. Krautinger and we drove 250 km to the appointment, it was explained to us succinctly that the car had already been sold and we could drive the 250 km back.

Sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Verkäufer welcher uns bei der Auswahl unseres neuen Autos mit viel Geduld zum richtigen Fahrzeug führte. Auch bei der Übergabe erklärte uns Herr Leuchtenmüller alle Bedienungselemente und Einstellungen mit viel Geduld und Kompetenz. Dafür wären noch einmal 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Very friendly dealership. Er war ein ehrlicher, kompetenter und bemühter Verkäufer: solche Menschen gibt es tatsächlich noch :-) Bei unserem Ceed hat ein Teilchen im Kofferraum gefehlt, welches durch Hrn. Leuchtmüller, ohne Zusatzkosten, wieder aufgetrieben wurde. Mein nächstes Auto werde ich bestimmt auch wieder dort kaufen und die kommenden Jahre zum Service fahren. Auch als Frau fühlt man sich nicht übers Ohr gehauen. Kudos to Mr. Leuchtmüller (and his team)! He was an honest, competent and eager salesman: there are actually still people like that :-) With our Ceed, a particle was missing in the trunk, which was found again by Mr. Leuchtmüller at no additional cost. I will definitely buy my next car there again and have it serviced for the next few years. Even as a woman, you don't feel ripped off.
