★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der sehr junge Geschäftsführer Erwin Rossik wird am Telefon sehr persönlich, hält sich nicht an schriftliche Vereinbarungen und beschlagnahmt Ware um kürzere Zahlungsziele zu erzwingen OBWOHL NACHWEISLICH ein späterer Zahlungstermin ausgemacht wurde. Zitat: "Wir erwarten eine Zahlung heute noch über den offenen Saldo. Wird der offene Saldo nicht beglichen wird die Ware kostenpflichtig eingelagert und verursacht Kosten für Lagerung etc. von EUR 350,- / Tag."
Des weiteren wurde unsere NEUTRALE Sendung einfach als ganz normale Sendung zugestellt obwohl strengste Neutralität ausgemacht wurde.
So geht man nicht mit seinen Kunden um! Ich empfehle keine Zusammenarbeit!
The very young managing director Erwin Rossik gets very personal on the phone, does not adhere to written agreements and confiscates goods in order to enforce shorter terms of payment, ALTHOUGH a later payment date has proven to be agreed. Quote: "We still expect a payment today above the open balance. If the open balance is not paid, the goods will be stored for a fee and incurs costs for storage etc. of EUR 350 per day."
Furthermore, our NEUTRAL shipment was simply delivered as a normal shipment, although the strictest neutrality was identified.
That's not how you treat your customers! I do not recommend cooperation!
