★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beschädigte Pakete, Pakete werden nicht zugestellt.
Schlechtesten Zusteller die es gibt, leider wird man aber von Verkäufern manchmal "gezwungen" diese zu verwenden.
Hätte ich die Wahl würde ich nie meine Pakete diesem Unternehmen anvertrauen.
 Damaged packages, packages are not delivered.
Worst deliverer there is, but unfortunately sellers sometimes "force" you to use them.
If I had the choice, I would never entrust my packages to this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedesmal das gleiche.Paket wird nie zugestellt.Landet jedesmal gleich im Shop.Der entweder zwei oder vier Kilometer entfernt ist.
Zustellung wird zwar angekündigt per Mail aber nicht durchgeführt.Man kann zwar anrufen und sich beschweren, bringt aber nichts.Ausser das man sich noch mehr ärgert.Wenn ich könnte würde ich diesen Zustelldienst verweigern.Leider weiß man im Vorhinein nicht mit welchen Lieferdienst versendet wird.
Wenn es möglich wäre ohne Stern zu bewerten hätte ich es getan

The same package every time is never delivered. It always ends up in the shop straight away. It's either two or four kilometers away.
Delivery is announced by email but not carried out. You can call and complain, but it doesn't help. Except that you get even more angry. If I could, I would refuse this delivery service. Unfortunately, you don't know in advance which delivery service will be used .
If it was possible to rate without a star I would have done so
DPD delivery service ??? Can only be a mockery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 Sterne!!!! 0 Sterne!!!! 0 Sterne!!!! 0 Sterne!!!! Das dieses Unternehmen noch existiert, ist eigentlich ein Wunder. Denn wie man mit Kunden und der Zustellung umgehend, macht einfach nur fassungslos. Werde NIE, Niemals mehr wo bestellen, wo DPD der Zusteller ist. Das Paket kommt einfach nicht, obwohl man zu Hause ist und das ganze 3 Mal. Wie komme ich dazu das ich Versandkosten bezahle und es mir dann selbst im Paket Shop abholen muss.

Will NEVER, never again order where DPD is the deliverer. The package just doesn't come, even though you're at home and all 3 times. How come I pay shipping costs and then have to pick it up at the parcel shop myself?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How is possible that my delivery was not successful when the package was delivered in their own delivery depot!!!! Then you have to pay to resend the package or pick it very far way when you already paid to be delivered in your hands....this is a fake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a smartphone battery from Conrad. It was in this place on Friday 03/27/2020, 05:44. Later I got a message: "Unfortunately the address was not found" (Friday 27/03/2020, 06:13). How can this be, when my delivery page in their website shows my address correctly? We tried to call multiple times, when we finally got someone on the phone, they told us that the battery will be delivered on Monday 30/03/2020. When we started complaining, THEY HANG UP THE PHONE. I was already 3 days without a phone and because of them I had to spend the weekend without a phone too. The battery did come today, Monday 30/03/2020 eventually, in a huge box compared to the battery size, so that the battery can dance in it. I hope it is functional at least. Awful experience!
