M	Mustafa Alomar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut respektloser Mitarbeiter, mit wurde unterstellt dass ich kein Deutsch kann (habe C1 Deutsch Kurse absolviert) und mir wurde mehrfach der Vogel gezeigt, bin seit vier Jahren hier Kunde und bin sehr enttäuscht. Dürfte sich wohl um ein Rassismusproblem des Mitarbeiters handeln.... Absolutely disrespectful employee, it was assumed that I don't speak German (I completed C1 German courses) and I was shown the bird several times, I've been a customer here for four years and I'm very disappointed. This should be a racism problem on the part of the employee ....

Wenn ich schon angeschnauzt werde, bevor ich meinen ersten Satz beendet habe, besteht von meiner Seite aus wirklich kein Interesse mehr diese Servicestelle zu nutzen. Ich habe immer Verständnis für Angestellte im Dienstleistungsbereich, da ich im selben Boot sitze, jedoch lasse ich mich nicht herabwürdigend behandeln nur weil ihr Mitarbeiter einen schlechten Tag hat. In diesem Sinne frage ich mich warum hier einige Angestellte arbeiten, wenn sie offensichtlich sehr unzufrieden sind mir ihrer Arbeit? Es gibt auch andere Berufe, wenn Ihnen ihr Job für den Sie bezahlt werden zu blöd ist. Short waiting time, but very unfriendly service. If I get snapped at before I've finished my first sentence, there is really no longer any interest on my part in using this service point. I always understand employees in the service sector because I'm in the same boat, but I don't allow myself to be treated in a derogatory manner just because their employee is having a bad day. With that in mind, I wonder why some employees work here when they are obviously very dissatisfied with their work? There are other professions, too, if your paid job is too stupid for you.

When I went there to purchase my first number, he gave me the checklist of what I should bring. It took me three days to prepare everything and when I went there again, he told me that they will not be giving me number all because I was a foreigner. I told him that I need internet outside of my house, explained that I can't navigate in the streets without google maps, he rudely refused. Luckily, there are many other competitors, much much better than them as T-Mobile, Telering. On that day, I went to the T-Mobile shop, in a couple of minutes they did everything I asked for. I still could get the number plus with better offers. T-Mobile rocks, while Drei sucks - pathetic.
n	ning wei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One middle-aged male worker is unbearable unfriendly. He behaved super impatiently just because I’m foreigner and my German is not very fluent. I will never trust this phone service anymore. And I will tell all people I know who are coming to graz how bad the service you could possibly get there.
