★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Figyelmes, rugalmas személyzet. Rendkívül jól főznek. Mondom ezt úgy, hogy én kb. mindent megeszek, de nagyon számon tartom, hogy miben mi a hiba. Nem gasztroforradalomra kell gondolni. A szobákban voltak apró hiányosságok, de ha ezt jövőre nem javítják ki, akkor is ide jövök.
 Attentive, flexible staff. They cook extremely well. I say this so that I am approx. i eat everything but i really care what's wrong. You don't have to think about a gastro revolution. There were small flaws in the rooms, but if that isn’t fixed next year, I’ll still come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stačí se podívat na nabídku a prezentaci jídla. Pár kusů něčeho na prázdném talíři, nechutně vypadající špagety, maso zalepené kusem nějakého levného sýru.
Just look at the menu and presentation of the food. A few pieces of something on an empty plate, disgusting-looking spaghetti, meat stuffed with a piece of cheap cheese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is nice, close to the ski resort. New Czech management bring different culture than ususally expected in Austria. The food has poor quality. If we are not early birds at the breakfast and missed the eggs, asking for more is not worth. The answer is tomorrow!!! The staff not fully understand the local language, sometimes even cannot say a hello and smile.
