Er ist gutmütig und schätzt leider manche Leute aus seinem privaten Umfeld vertrauenswürdiger ein, als sie tatsächlich sind. M	Markus Österreicher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 01.11.2020 rief ich Dr. Höpfl an, da meine Mutter (74) mit einem, auch für Laien erkennbaren, sehr schlechten Gesamtzustand (war nicht mehr in der Lage, alleine aufzustehen oder zu gehen) dringend ärztliche Hilfe (DIAGNOSE!!!) im Spital (von dem sie bereits 2 x wieder nach Hause geschickt wurde, da keine ärztliche Einweisung vorlag) benötigte. Abgesehen davon, dass er mich nicht einmal ausreden ließ, kam von ihm sofort der Kommentar "Was bilden Sie sich eigentlich ein, ein Spital ist kein Pflegeheim, das können Sie vergessen!" Daraufhin beendete ich das Gespräch wegen Sinnlosigkeit. Mittlerweile wurde meine Mutter mit Multiorganschädigungen in ein Hospiz zur Sterbebegleitung aufgenommen, die Nacht nach dem Telefonat mit Dr. Höpfl war für sie leider die Hölle. Meine Mutter hatte bereits früher ein negatives Erlebnis mit ihm und konnte ihn seither schon nicht leiden. Jetzt verstehe ich absolut, warum! Völlig indiskutabel als Arzt und in diesem Beruf fehl am Platz. Beschwerde an die Patientenanwaltschaft ist unterwegs, auch wenn es nichts bewirken sollte. Mir ist schon klar, dass er meiner Mutter medizinisch auch nicht mehr helfen hätte können, aber die Reaktion und das Verhalten ist eines Arztes unwürdig! Und die eine Leidensnacht zuviel hätte man ihr sehr wohl ersparen können! 1 Stern ist leider noch überbewertet... My mother had a negative experience with him before and has not liked him ever since. Now I absolutely understand why! Completely out of the question as a doctor and out of place in this profession. Complaint to the patient advocacy is on the way, even if it shouldn't do anything. I already know that he couldn't have helped my mother medically either, but the reaction and behavior is unworthy of a doctor! And one too many nights of suffering could very well have been spared her! 1 star is unfortunately still overrated ...

Man kommt sich so vor als ob der Arzt es erst ein paar mal gemacht hätte. wenn man dem Arzt das Problem erklärt hört er jemandem nicht mal genau zu.
