N	Nicole M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbar!!!! Das schlimmste das ich bisher bei Tierärzten erlebt habe! Ich musste meinen Hund für einen Ultraschall hin bringen, nach einer 25min Autofahrt heim konnte er plötzlich nicht mehr auftreten und hatte offensichtliche Schmerzen in den Beinen!! Auch nach ein paar Stunden kann mein Hund nicht mehr richtig laufen! Will nicht wissen wie grob diese Leute die Hunde behandeln das sowas passiert! Awful!!!! The worst I have seen so far with vets! I had to bring my dog there for an ultrasound, after a 25min drive home he suddenly couldn't stand again and had obvious pain in his legs! Even after a few hours, my dog can no longer walk properly! Don't want to know how roughly these people treat the dogs that something like that happens!
B	Barbara B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für unseren 14 jährigen Kater war ein Bauchultraschall notwendig und unsere Tierärztin empfahl uns Dr.Henninger. Die Terminvereinbarung ging Recht schnell. Man muss ein bisschen Geduld mitbringen, da aufgrund von Covid derzeit nur ein Termin nach dem anderen möglich ist und man dementsprechend ein wenig vor der Praxis warten muss, bis der letzte Patient untersucht wurde. Unser Kater ist an sich sehr schreckhaft und misstrauisch, aber die Untersuchung ging problemlos von statten. Aktuell darf man leider nicht mit anwesend sein, aber der Umgang mit den Tieren ist sehr gut. Für uns hat alles gepasst. An abdominal ultrasound was necessary for our 14 year old tomcat and our vet recommended Dr Henninger to us. The appointment was made very quickly. You have to be patient, because due to Covid only one appointment after the other is currently possible and you have to wait a little in front of the practice until the last patient has been examined. Our cat is very scared and suspicious, but the examination went smoothly. Unfortunately you are not allowed to be present at the moment, but the interaction with the animals is very good. Everything was perfect for us.
D	Ducki Ducki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann leider so garnicht empfehlen, sein Tier in diese Hände zu übergeben. Bereits im Vorfeld sagte ich, dass mein Hund panisch ist und sich stark wehrt. Eine Sedierung wurde nicht in Betracht gezogen. Besitzer darf nicht mit. Hund muss in Zwangshaltung ausharren. Aufgrund Unterzucker durfte ich den Hund bis 00:00 Uhr füttern. Resultat zum Termin um 11:15 Uhr: Der Befund beschreibt immer, dass keine gute Einsicht möglich war aufgrund starker Abwehr und vollem Magen. 147 Euro umsonst. 2 Tage später, enspannt an meinem Arm bei einem anderen Tierarzt beste Resultate erzielt. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend handing your animal over to these hands. I said in advance that my dog is panicking and is fighting strong. Sedation was not considered. Owner is not allowed. Dog has to persevere in a forced posture. Due to hypoglycemia, I was allowed to feed the dog until midnight. Result at the appointment at 11:15 am: The finding always describes that a good insight was not possible due to strong defenses and a full stomach. 147 euros for free. 2 days later, relaxed on my arm at another veterinarian's best results.
F	Felis Loyata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr angenehm zu mensch & tier. Mit termin kaum wartezeiten (ruhiger warteraum mit kaffeemaschine) Bei den untersuchungen darf man/ frau beim tier bleiben. Sehr sanft zu den tieren und es wird auch viel erklärt. ^_^ Very pleasant to human & animal. With waiting times hardly wait (quiet waiting room with coffee machine) During the examinations one may stay with the animal. Very gentle to the animals and it also explains a lot. ^ _ ^
b	benson hedges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Kater Garfield war zu einer Herz Untersuchung angemeldet er ist leider ein sehr schwieriger Patient hat schon einige gebissen und ins Krankenhaus befördert habe meine Bedenken geäußert bei der Terminvereinbarung - eine kompetente Tierärztin Mag. Kalmar erklärte mir ruhig wie wir unseren Kater vorbereiten sollten am Abend und 2 h davor soll er eine chill Pille bekommen das Tier wurde behutsam übernommen und dann hofften wir es klappt alles, hatte volles Vertrauen in diese Tierärztin Nach 45 Minuten wurde unser Kater übergeben keine Herzerkrankung!! und es hat alles geklappt keine Verletzten der Befund wurde per Mail zugesendet - sehr einfühlsame Tierärztin hat MEGA Erfahrung mit schwierigen Patienten Dankeschön von Garfield Our tomcat Garfield was registered for a heart examination, he is unfortunately a very difficult patient, has already bitten a few and was transported to the hospital, expressed my concerns when making an appointment - a competent veterinarian Mag.Kalmar calmly explained to me how we should prepare our tomcat in the evening and 2 hours before he should get a chill pill. Ich wurde von der „Empfangsdame“ nach längerer Wartezeit frech aus dem „Vorraum“ des Warteraumes im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes geworfen, obwohl ich einen Termin hatte und meine Anwesenheit mitteilen wollte. Bisher bekam ich keine Stellungnahme, Qualität und Vertrauen schaut anders aus. Möglicherweise aber hat Herr Dr. Henninger mein E-Mail gar nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Ich würde jedoch für die Zukunft meinen beiden Tierärzten gerne darüber berichten. Tina Schuster Man braucht Jahre um Vertrauen aufzubauen, aber nur einen Moment um es zu verlieren ! K	Karin Horacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Dame am Empfang und als Assistenz. Jetzt zu Corona Zeiten muss man bis zum Termin auf den Einlass warten und danach im Warteraum. War dort mit Kater für Pancreas Ultraschall. Lief Problemlos ab, Kater war nicht gestresst. Zwar nicht begeistert aber auch nicht gestresst., ? Termin rasch erhalten und ohne Wartezeit! Kann ich somit nur empfehlen! Very nice lady at the reception and as an assistant. Now at Corona times you have to wait for the admission until the appointment and then in the waiting room. Was there with a hangover for pancreas ultrasound. It went off without any problems, the hangover wasn't stressed. Not enthusiastic but not stressed either., ? Receive an appointment quickly and without waiting! I can therefore only recommend it!
