The lady at the front desk was very rude on the phone and didn't really listen to what was my problem right now ... so the search for help with massive toothache continued

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Maske oder Test"- sonst gibts für mich auf einmal keine Behandlung mehr - trotz Schmerzen! Das mag Hausrecht sein, aber es wäre hilfreich gewesen, das schon bei der Terminvereinbarung zu sagen und nicht einen Tag vor der Behandlung (nach Praxis Schluss!) anzurufen und mir so ein Ultimatum zu stellen. Davon abgesehen habe ich es auch sicher nicht nötig, mich von einer Sprechstundenhilfe als "Gefahr" bezeichnen zu lassen.
"Mask or test" - otherwise there is suddenly no more treatment for me - despite the pain! That may be house rules, but it would have been helpful to say so when making an appointment and not to call the day before the treatment (after the practice is over!) And give me an ultimatum. Apart from that, I certainly do not need to be called a "danger" by a clinic assistant.
