e	ela Ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er wirkt sehr gestresst und nimmt sich jetzt nicht so zeit für jemanden .. die wartezeit bei ihm ist sehr schlimm finde ich .. es ist immer voll und sehr stickig im Warteraum .. die damen am Empfang wirken auch sehr genervt und telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen ist der blanke horror man wartet ewig oder es hebt einfach niemand ab .. E	Ela Ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.burtscher ist mal so mal so man merkt das der stress ihm schon viel ausmacht.. Die wartezeiten sind schon sehr heftig und da viele leute kinder im raum warten ist die luft sehr sehr streng da kommt einem schon bei hals hoch .. Die frauen dort finde ich nicht freundlich wirken sehr genervt und pöbeln einen an wenn man das kind um 11 uhr ohne termin bringt da man es schon um 8.30 bringen sollte ! Rufe niemals ann weil da wartet man mehr als 30 min oder es hebt niemand den ganzen tag ab das finde ich sehr schade weil es leute gibt die nicht so ganz in der nähe sind um kurz vorbeizuschaun für einen termin.. Dr.burtscher is so sometimes you can tell that the stress is bothering him a lot .. The waiting times are already very heavy and since many people are waiting for children in the room, the air is very, very strict and you get up at your neck. I don't think the women there are friendly and seem very annoyed and pester you if you bring the child at 11 a.m. without an appointment because you should bring it at 8.30 a.m.! Never call because you wait more than 30 minutes or no one picks up the whole day, I think that's a shame because there are people who are not very close to stop by for an appointment ..

Das gesamte Team ist sehr nett gewesen. Dr. Burtscher war, obwohl wir die letzten Patienten waren und schon lange nach Ordinationsschluss behandelt wurden, sehr genau, aufmerksam und hat uns alles ganz genau erklärt. Ganz toll... vielen Dank! We are actually with another pediatrician and only exceptionally with Dr. med. Burtscher and I was very excited. The whole team has been very nice. Dr. Burtscher, although we were the last patients and had been treated long after the ordination, was very accurate, attentive and explained everything very well. Great ... thank you!
S	Sandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Dr. Burtscher. Er geht auf alle Fragen ein, wenn man welche hat. Ich habe noch nie länger als 30 Minuten gewartet und das kam nur einmal vor. Seine Frau ist auch sehr nett. Die Empfangsdame ist nicht ganz so nett, macht mir aber nichts aus. I am very happy with Dr. Burtscher. He answers all questions, if you have any. I've never waited more than 30 minutes and that only happened once. His wife is very nice too. The receptionist is not that nice, but I don't mind.

Er hat mein Kind so grob und aggressiv festgehalten zum Lunge abhören dass ich noch immer geschockt darüber bin!!! Ich verstehe dass ein Kassenarzt nicht unendlich viel Zeit hat für eine Untersuchung, besonders wenn Kinder nicht sofort mitmachen ABER dann sagt man doch dem Elternteil es soll kurz festhalten oder macht zuerst was anderes. Mein Kind hatte nur noch panische Angst was es zuvor noch nie bei einem anderen Arzt hatte und ich war einfach nur noch fassungslos dass ich nicht mal was sagen konnte in dem Moment, was mir sehr leid tut für mein Kind. Were the first and the last time at this pediatrician!!!!! He held my child so roughly and aggressively to listen to his lungs that I am still in shock!!! I understand that a panel doctor does not have an infinite amount of time for an examination, especially if children do not participate immediately BUT then you tell the parent to hold on for a moment or do something else first. My child was just panicky, which he had never had before with any other doctor and I was just stunned that I couldn't even say anything at the moment, which I feel very sorry for my child.
