Nice staff, made it easily possible the appointment for my daughter for a week to move forward because we missed schedule collision with school week.

j	jack Imeri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wir waren mit unsere 3 jährigen zur kontrolle dort. die sind höchst unhöflich und die assistentin hat gar keine geduld für kinder. alles muss schnell schnell gehen. die konnte nich einmal die tropfen in die augen reintropfen. und dann sagt der arzt das ist ein problem mit den augen als wäre kein mittel drinnen, ich sagte da ist auch nichts drinnen weil die assistentin es veschüttet hat auf die wangen. nene sie braucht eine brille und hin und her. zum anderen arzt gegangen nach wels, siehe da, die sicht der kleinen ist perfekt gottseidank. die assistentin war lieb und freundlich. alles hat gepasst. nie wieder beim harrant!! We were there with our 3 year old for a check. they are extremely rude and the assistant has no patience for children. everything has to go quickly. she couldn't even drop the drops into her eyes. and then the doctor says there is a problem with the eyes as if there were no remedies in there, i said there is nothing in there either because the assistant spilled it on the cheeks. nene she needs glasses and back and forth. went to the other doctor in wels, lo and behold, the view of the little ones is perfect, thank god. the assistant was kind and friendly. everything was fine. never again at the harrant !!
M	Marina Ivic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krankenschwester die mit kinder arbeitet ist sehr unhöflich und hat keine Geduld und nerven fur kinder ( sehr unangenehm Erfahrungen für mich und mein kind ) Auf dem dem Empfang eben so sehr frech Wen man ein Termin paar monate früher buchen will dann lachen sie dich aus und sagen das ist nicht möglich kommen sie ein Monat früher ein Termin zu machen. Ok. Ich komme ein Monat früher ein termin zu machen für denn kommenden Monat und dan wieder das gleiche , ich werde ausgelacht und die kschwester sagt was denk ich mir überhaupt so was zu fragen wieso hab ich ein Termin nicht bevor ein halbes Jahr gemacht . Arzt nett und gut aber SEHR schlechtes Personal. Nurse who works with children is very rude and has no patience and nerves for children (very unpleasant experiences for me and my child) At the reception just so cheeky If you want to book an appointment a few months earlier, they will laugh at you and say that it is not possible to make an appointment a month earlier. OK. I come a month earlier to make an appointment for the coming month and then again the same, I get laughed at and the nurse says what do I think I should ask why? I didn't make an appointment before half a year. Doctor nice and good but VERY bad staff.

B	Bina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich bin ich schon jahrelang bei Dr Harrant Patientin, auch mit meinen Kindern. Doch dann kam Corona. Dieser Arzt akzeptiert KEINE Mundschutzbefreiung bei Kindern! Seine Assistentin am Telefon meinte, mein Kind muss bei der Untersuchung einen MNS tragen. Ich habe mir nun einen anderen Arzt gesucht, der akzeptiert, daß mein Kind aus gesundheitlichen Gründen keinen MNS tragen muss. I've actually been a patient of Dr Harrant for years, including my children. But then Corona came. This doctor does NOT accept a mouthguard exemption for children! His assistant on the phone said my child has to wear an MNS during the examination. I have now looked for another doctor who accepts that my child does not have to wear an MNS for health reasons.
