★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unzufrieden, musste den Hausarzt wechseln um endlich zu erfahren was mir fehlt und wie ich es behandeln kann. Davor hing ich immer in der Luft mit meinem Symptomen. Was die Terminverteilung betrifft, auch nicht gut. Der Arzt hat dadurch zu viel Stress ( Zeitmangel sowieso ), da kann man unmöglich ohne Hektik die Symptome/Beschwerden aufzählen um zu einer guten Diagnose zu gelangen. War immer gerne in seiner Ordination aber der letzte Besuch war Anlass für mich den Arzt zu wechseln. Dem neuen kann ich ohne Stress alles erzählen, Aussage seinerseits: Und wenn draussen die Welt untergeht nimmt er sich trotzdem die Zeit die wir brauchen. Und zack, wir hatten eine Diagnose und es konnte mir geholfen werden.
 Very dissatisfied, had to change family doctors to finally find out what's wrong with me and how I can treat it. Before that I was always up in the air with my symptoms. As for scheduling, not good either. This puts the doctor under too much stress (lack of time anyway), so it's impossible to list the symptoms/complaints in a hectic manner in order to arrive at a good diagnosis. Always liked going to his practice, but the last visit prompted me to change doctors. I can tell the new guy everything without stress, and he says: And when the world is coming to an end outside, he still takes the time we need. And boom, we had a diagnosis and they could help me.
