Es ist echt ein Wunder, dass es dieses Unternehmen überhaupt noch gibt. Schlechter kann man es wirklich NICHT mehr machen. Ignoranz at it's best! No matter how often you turn to this property manager for help, there is NEVER an answer. Excuses like and often, actions reluctantly and rarely. It's really a miracle that this company still exists. You really CANNOT do it any worse. Ignorance at it's best!
E	Exar Kun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War früher mal ganz in Ordnung derzeit aber leider überfordert und kommen nicht mal den einfachsten Aufgaben nach. It used to be okay, but unfortunately overwhelmed at the moment and can't even do the simplest tasks.

Agiert eigenmächtig nach Gutsherrenart, stellt sich keinen Diskussionen, sondern reagiert einfach nicht, wenn´s ihm unangenehm wird, stattdessen werden gleich juristische Keulen ausgepackt. Man fühlt sich als Eigentümer in keinster Weise vertreten, vielmehr wird man wie irgend ein lästiger Mieter behandelt. Vergibt nicht abgesprochene Aufträge an befreundete Unternehmen, ohne Rechnungsprüfung. Ein kompletter Reinfall, die 2€, die man sich vielleicht gespart hat, sind den Ärger nicht wert ! Diese Hausverwaltung unbedingt vermeiden ! The absolute last thing in this industry. Acts arbitrarily by Gutsherrenart, does not arise Discussions, but just does not react, if it's him becomes uncomfortable, instead, legal clubs are unpacked. You feel in no way represented as an owner, Rather, one is treated like some annoying tenant. Issue undisclosed orders to friendly companies, without audit. A complete flop, the € 2, which one has perhaps saved, are not worth the trouble! Avoid this property management!

Stattdessen wird man provoziert und darauf aufmerksam gemacht das man sich mit Mietrecht nicht auskennt. Auf Mails wird MONATELANG nicht reagiert, wenn man dann versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen wird man mit einem "das Büro ist sehr beschäftigt" abgefertigt! Doch wenn es mal Nachzahlungen gibt agiert die selbe Verwaltung blitzschnell! ? Service und Freundlichkeit wird bei denen sicher nicht gross geschrieben wie auf der Website beschrieben!!! Spart euch grossen Ärger und macht einen grossen Bogen um diese Hausverwaltung. Attention: Please avoid this administration !! Dr. Wimmer absolutely does not communicate but hides behind his catalog of paragraphs ? Instead, you are provoked and made aware that you are not familiar with tenancy law. E-mails are not responded to for MONTHS, if you try to contact you will be dealt with "the office is very busy"! But when there are additional payments, the same administration acts in a flash! ? Service and friendliness are certainly not capitalized on them as described on the website! Save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid this property management.
