M	Mascht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 2 Wochen versuch ich einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Telefonzeiten sind von 8 Uhr bis 10 Uhr Vormittags. Ich versuche etwa jeden dritten Tag in der Praxis jemanden zu erreichen und es ist, zu egal welcher Zeit ich anrufe, besetzt. Eine E-Mail Adresse zum Termin vereinbaren ist nicht vorhanden. Eigentlich unvorstellbar heutzutage. I have been trying to make an appointment for two weeks. Telephone times are from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. I try to reach someone about every third day in practice and it is busy no matter what time I call. An email address to make an appointment is not available. Actually unimaginable nowadays.

Außerdem wurde mir geholfen, andere Ärzte konnten das nicht. Das Team ist kompetent, sehr belastbar und freundlich. Bevor man überhaupt jemanden konsultiert hat, eine negative Rezension zu schreiben, sollte man sich gut überlegen. Eine Unart des anonymen Zeitalters... Taking time for your patients and still coping with the huge crowd as best as possible, that is my impression that I was able to get from many visits. I was also helped, other doctors could not. The team is competent, very resilient and friendly. Before even consulting anyone to write a negative review, one should think twice. A bad habit of the anonymous age ...

Auf die Frage, ob heute zufällig noch ein Termin frei wäre, gab sie mir die Antwort: „Das ist hier kein Hausarzt, wo man herkommen könnte, wann man will.“ Ich habe sie ja nicht dazu gezwungen mich heute dran zu nehmen?! Ich habe nur gefragt, weil ich heute frei gehabt hätte. Unglaublich. Dermatologist is competent, the assistant totally unfriendly. When asked whether there was still an appointment available today, she gave me the answer: "This is no family doctor here, where you can come from when you want." I didn't force you to take me on today ?! I only asked because I was free today. Incredible.

A	ALDIJANA Colak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Waldl ist sehr nett und hört zu. Bin froh, dass es noch einen guten Hautarzt gibt, der nicht Wahlarzt ist. Dr. Waldl is very nice and listens. I am glad that there is still a good dermatologist who is not a doctor of choice.

Actually a good doctor, but what good does it do if it is almost impossible to make an appointment, it is just constantly manned ... What a shame!

Zu den negativen Bewertungen der Assistentinnen muss ich sagen da ich selber im Front Office arbeite, eine Dame war sehr unterkühlt aber hat die Auskunft gegeben die ich wollte, die andere Frau sehr angenehm; Very competent, nice, pleasant doctor; Was with him for the first time because I unfortunately had to change my old dermatologist for professional reasons; But it has not worsened for me. recommendable! To the negative reviews of the assistants I have to say that I work in the front office myself, one lady was very hypothermic but gave the information I wanted, the other woman was very pleasant;

Doch die Wartezeit ist ein Wahnsinn, wenn plötzlich andere die später einen Termin haben vorher dran kommen... hmmm... find ich schade... sonst hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben. The doctor is very knowledgeable. But the waiting time is amazing, when suddenly others who have an appointment later come up ... hmmm ... I think it's a shame ... otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
